Denied Player currently has 28 warns. (Some of his warns might have been recently appealed before he received more warnings). SMT will look into this. However, I will also speak to him next time I see him on the server.

Denied Lack of evidence - I always recommend everyone to install Nvidia Shadowplay especially when playing on the server. It would make warn appeals so much easier if there was video evidence, since there was none and both stories are conflicting this will be denied.

Accepted You have 20 warns on PRP, once you reach 40 on PRP you will be permanently issued a minge/ban. In this case the banning admin looked at your total warnings from all servers(44), it should have been just your PRP warns.

Denied Repairing your car during a chase is FailRP, a question I always ask myself during RP is "Would this actually happen in real life?" In real life you can't instantly repair your car during a Police persuit. If we added every single little/common sense rule in, the MOTD would be huge
