So i broke the statue heads that he placed and than he placed a sign that said SWAT training. As i was leaving elapin started calling me a minge and when i went to confront him about his statement. Than Will comes up as the swat sgt and tells me to leave but before i can tell him that i was about to report elapin for dissing me will starts shooting me. So then i pull out my gun to defend myself and will kills me. Than he warned me for fearrp and said that i shouldn't be interrupting a training anyways even though i was about to call a staff on elapin to diss me and maybe if will would have listened he could have straightened it out himself. So no one witness me propclimb, but i can't place a prop anymore. Even though i already stated that i was killed clothing store not even 1 minute after police arrived so how could i have climbed over the motel and run around it to get to the clothing store. Also i think its appropriate that more evidence be provided like who owned the prop and when was the prop spawned, was it spawned during rp. Did i actually get on top of the prop and climb over the motel but that was already answered in the video around :14 when tim answered that he didn't witness me prop climbing.

If you check the recording and logs you would see that i had the prop placed before the offlicer arrived and before he pressed his panic or even initated me. and also if he saw me while dead you can see me blatant exiting the mexi grill from the drive thru towards the stores.

I have alot of witnesses as apparently a Police offical saw me go into the store and i was killed and arrested. i did not get on any prop to climb over anything i just spawned a prop. Any extra information: I wasnt pulled to a sit for questioning idk why this isnt required yet because staff dont always know what is happening.

Next SRT started shooting me so i went for cover in bank. At the time i didn't realize how that could be seen as failrp but i was just doing it for my protection. Steve came in and exchanged shots with me saying that it was failrp and i was getting warned hearing those words i got scared and stopped shooting. after which i asked why and he stopped and said your getting warned and continued on killing me and giving me a warn as a SRT instead of calling a staff and making a sit so i could explain myself.
