+Support This branch update is great. Just because they are fleshing out a sub-branch they already have does not mean "they are loosing RP" or "becoming more combat focused". 2 of the 3 jobs already exist and are simply getting changed into a new sub-branch with 1 new job. Security basically did the same thing with Juggernauts. This update will allow for Medical to have the best of their combat jobs be limited to medical only instead of Security and MTF having different cross branch jobs (hence why CCU is getting 10 slots). Overall a very good move that Security and MTF have both approved of.4 points

So why don't you make them change? If their the ones taking what medical has, remove it. If they are actively taking away another branches responsibility, make them change it. I've always hated the idea of other branches getting medical/utility jobs as all they do is ignore us more and more, no matter how much they try and stop it. So at what point are yall going to have enough and just remove it from them? As that sounds like the route of all the issues. Like this isn't a jab at medical, I love em man, I dedicated a lot of my time running that branch. But come on, if this was just an HP change or a job change it wouldn't be that bad. But your changing a lot for no reason.3 points

RnD can utilize, it isn't killing RRH special ability if other branches can do them. Not only that, but the medical research utilizations are unique and different to RRH (to an extent). Medical and maintenance are suppose to work with RRH engineers, we work closely to them. It even states that in our SOPs. Hoovy approved it after a lot of discussion of which we talked about the pros and the cons of this addition. I can not speak for Hoovy, although in my opinion, If Hoovy was fine with it, then I highly doubt he will allow this branch update to kill off activity for his branch. Hoovy is a smart person who has thought through about this update. This update has brought a lot of creativity with it's new sweps and weapons/jobs. With the utilizations, they have weekly changes of which will bring activity to medical research and new RP possibilities. With the 115 people in the medical branch, there is only 32 people in the CU Sub division. This update will hopefully bring more activity for the Combat Unit branch, and even though the 'Combat Unit' is "supposedly" focused on Combat, it really isn't. Combat units are suppose to escort and protect medical personnel. Which is part of the reason why we cut off MCU and RCU and focused the Combat Unit subdivision to medical. Security is mostly protecting D-block but they have a sub division that focuses more on recontaining SCPs and dealing with threats in LCZ. The "They are able to wipe out entire armies of intruders and unknown personnel without a trace" is just a exaggerated description, this medical job is to help deal with mass 610 breaches and bio-hazardous SCPs. So it is to help people in LCZ when there is no other job active that is immune to these threats. When there is red for over an hour, how are medical personnel suppose to RP when it is code red and 610 is hoarding LCZ constantly ruining RP of utility? Also there is two other jobs FOCUSED on RP, like AMR and AFM. We wish to add RP to medical, more than there already is. So this branch update is suppose to help that issue. I would like to become a officers for many reasons, mainly to help the Stormtrooper battalion grow and to prove my skills within RP. This will be a good opportunity for me to dedicate my time to something productive. I love working with people within the server, if I gain this position I will be able to help out further with extending the performance of the ST's. I specifically enjoy ST's as it is the branch players first load into. What can you do to improve the battalion? There is many ways I can help improve the battalion. I have been playing StarWarsRP for years, with that I have plenty of experience of being in positions of command. With this I can help ensure training, sub branch recruitment, activity, etc are all up. As well I am willing to dedicate my time and energy to help the command with whatever difficult they need assistance with. 8. How do you differ from other applicants? One of the main ways I differ from other applicants is my proof of experience within StarWarsRP and the Gaminglight community. With my experience I have seen it all, you point any situation my way and trust me that it will be handled. I see myself as a smart and creative leader when it comes to being in a officer/command position. If given the position the officer I can get immediately to work with helping the regiment and its command as other may hesitate.2 points

I don't know about everyone else but I personally have had a pretty good experience with Kio. In my mind, he conducts himself to be a stern staff to get his point across which makes perfect sense. Him telling people that complaining about an event especially in OOC not only puts down the GM but any else that was helping with the event. Most of the time as well, people that make events bad are the actors or the players (not saying every player is bad and same goes with actors). Now yes I bet Kio has had his moments before I even came to the community but in the past 4 months that I've know him, he's been a good guy. If anyone wants to say otherwise, go ahead as that is your opinion but from me personally I support this. + Good Support2 points

Unfortunately guys I regret that I will be resigning from my command position as commander of IC. It is upsetting that I couldn't hold myself to the position for as long as I had hoped but sometimes that is just how life goes. I always told myself that I would know it would be my time to go whenever I felt like I either A). Had no time to get on or B). Felt myself scraping | forcing myself to get on sometimes due to either a lack of motivation or too much stress building up in my life. Unfortunately it became a scenario where it was a combination of both occurring. I have been a member of IC since I joined Gaminglight 8 months ago and a member of command for 6 months. I truly feel like I have done a good amount for my battalion and have left them in a good position for the future. I am happy to have spent the time I have been here on Gaminglight with each and every one of you and believe all of you will go on to do great things! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- People who have helped me who I cherish as amazing Individuals Rux: Thank you for everything you have done for me. I don't really know what to say. I've been apart of the FBI for a while now and its coming to a fast stop. I have learned a lot while being here in FBI from a lot of great people but due to some recent events and some comments made to me and about me I've decided that my best course of action is resigning. I have been treated verry well and respected up until recently with people making comments about me false comments at that and I'm done. I have worked hard and my best for a while now in FBI, HRT, and FTO so its sad to hear that some people don't agree and that I don't do enough. I will continue to work hard in USMS and in PD to hopefully regain USMS to its glory. Almost 1 year in FBI now and its sad to go but I have become really busy and don't have much time to contribute to the server anymore. I've seen FBI go through its highs and lows and I'm proud of my contribution to the department, especially FTO. I hope the next person up can do same. +support in my opinion code raiding should be a harsher offence, its completely unfair and (if used properly) can completely destroy bases (even if they are well defended). I know theres other types of keypads that have this issue fixed, mabye the fingerprint keypads?1 point

We are litterally reworking our jobs and adding 1 new one to bring back a dead sub-branch that's been taken over by MTF and Security. Your logic of "Theres no need for any major change, just use what you have" is stupid. Litterally the point of HCMD is to improve the branch where they can. HP and Ap hasn't been updated for medical in forever and the combat multiplier has been considerably increased, being at 0 85 now.1 point

Many things can be abused to hell if there wasn't rules for them. Just like the standard medkit CCs get, this has a 7 second cooldown. Although you may say that you can still abuse it, if that is the case, then report it. Staff and Medical command are a thing for a reason. If you see anyone abusing the rules, simply report them. This can also happen, no one is stopping an AMR to grab an AMCU for testing. Just like I have stated before (and SOPs have stated), these jobs are to escort and help medical researchers and command members. No one is stopping a medical researcher (or any researcher/maintenance) to grab an SCP to do this, or even utilize that SCP then turn it back into human to see that the feathery fluck would happen. Just like how many of the things we added this branch update can help do tests if people are simply creative enough. The RCU job was not swapped out, we simply removed relations. The job idea was there before this.1 point

One out of Three of the new jobs are combat focused, and you have to be high ranking in CCU to use it (Not to mention CCU is Cross-Branch). The job is meant to counter Biohazardous SCP's which makes sense considering we're the Medical Department, and allows us to cure people who have been affected by them. Every new job is for experienced members from sub-branches to have tools that assist them even further in their endeavors. +Support, I love all of the changes and I can't wait to get AFM! Side Note: I find it funny how everyone is talking about there being too many combat related things being added whenever only one combat related role is being implemented. All Zack did was list every Medical related job and people pretend like they never existed.1 point

(With Screenshot Proof): Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I wanna be in Red Right Hand team because, I have seen the branch in action many times and they are honestly, Top Tier when it comes to missions, tasks or combat in general and it's like almost anytime I see them fight its a 99% win rate. Its also very cool thing for some people who are not in special forces ex: G9, D4, A4 etc... I honestly think that RRH has one of the best RP in the server. By that I can improve my RP experience by a lot more. I am gonna be honest, nobody has ever recommended me for RRH (If so i dont remember) so it will be cool for me to try out the special forces group in Gaminglight since they all be pretty cool. Why should we accept you: Well about a week ago, I got WO in Delta-5, and since than I have accomplished my goal in D5 being in command was very exciting for me. For me, being a command member shows an amount of loyalty, dedication to the branch and leadership. I know a chunk of SCPRP players know me as a minge, but sometimes I do have my serious times and my minging has been kept to a minimum recently (Besides rdming krendel because he is cringe). In special forces I believe one of the key factors in them is communication because normally a squad of special forces WILL fall if no communication ingame is handed out, and I do believe that communication is one of my strengths in first person shooter games, (I'm also cracked at aiming ngl).0 points

Ehh -support it isn't fail rp guessing a code I've done it before best thing would be is give codes to trusted people only , to be honest I never ever been code raided while basing because I only give it to people I know wouldn't give it out also please make sure you use a 4 digit code it makes it lot more harder to guess-1 points

Dispute: Hello, so I have been trying to appeal this for a while, sometimes I'm not sure what else to really do and say as you are very limited being banned. I got banned for disrespecting Igneous here on the forums in dms. I called him unprofessional, never realized it would escalate to the size that it did. In my appeals some people brought up different issues and so on, and I was glad they did because that offered me a chance to make do, so I contacted everyone that I could think of where there could have been a minor/bigger issues with in the past, asked them what I could do to improve or what they would like to see in order to support me. The reason that I actually want to return is because I still miss many of the people on the server, I mean, no matter who you are there or which interests you had, gaminglight always had one or two people who shared those interests and so on. This is also why this server is more than just a server, I mean surely sometimes we have biased stuff but that stuff gets taken care of. Which is also why I miss the server and the positive features. If I were to return to gaminglight, if you would allow me, I would focus on regaining a positive aura? I guess you can call it? I mean typical people who gets banned are either minges and or people who don't have any respect for fellow players. I do not wish to have this tag on me, or any other negative tag that it may have. Also if I return I wont cause like anything bad or whatever imaginable. I have apologized to Igneous and other people included in any argument or disagreement. I feel like we have overcome whatever happened that one day half a year ago. I hope you will consider unbanning me.-1 points
