  1. What is your name? Brand What is your rank? Operations Pilot How long have you been a NCO? 10 Days. What rank are you applying for? Aviation Officer How many strikes do you have? And if you do why? I have no strikes currently. Why should we trust you with an Officer rank? I can be trusted with the officer rank for many reasons, but one of the main ones is my experience, being Marshall and having as much playtime on SF alone as I do. I have gained the trust of many people and have proved to many that I am worthy of this rank, I worked hard to do a good job and I plan to do it again. I believe I am a very social person and I believe the members of SF trust me to help lead them to be the best they can. Another reason would be that I work hard, I have hosted numerous tryouts and have way surpassed the quota as I am doing my best as an NCO to help revitalize this battalion. What can you do to assist command with this rank? I will assist Command by giving my best advice on how to better the Starfighter Corps. I will work with Command and my fellow officers to work on making Starfighters the best that It can be. I will also use my experience to help Command with any issues that might arrise within Starfighters. I will make suggestions for Command to bring up to the higher ups, and host SIMs and Trainings to help increase player retention. What is the point of being an officer? The point of being an officer is not only to assist command, but to also make sure NCOs are doing what they should be. Officers oversee the NCOs and make sure they are acting properly and not breaking rules or making the battalion look bad, they are also to help the NCOs with their quotas by requesting that they do a tryout if someone wants to join. Officers are examples to Enlisted, NCOs, and even the entire ISD. They represent this battalion therefor they must show responsibility and accountability. What would you do if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him? If I were to see another officer messing around and telling Enlisted And/or NCOs to join him I would try to tell him to stop and warn him before he gets in any trouble, If he does not listen and continues I will go to a Wing Commander+ and report the Officer to them. Do you agree that if you are struck within the first week you will be put back down to the NCO rank? Yes, I understand.
  2. THIS IS ALMOST AS WORSE AS THAT ONE TIME I UHHH UMM I UHHH
  3. +support more things for SF to do, could very much help with SF activity
  4. What is your name?: Brand What is your rank?: Senior Aviator How long have you been an Enlisted?: 4 Days What rank are you applying for?: Pilot How many strikes do you have? I have 0 strikes. Why should we trust you with a NCO rank?: I should be trusted as an NCO because of my experience. I have been in SF multiple times, and have been in the command team 2 times. I understand how to conduct Tryouts, SIMs and Trainings, and overall I feel I am very knowledgable on the regiment and what I need to do to fufill my duties as an NCO. I've given no reason to not be trusted as an NCO over all of the years I've been here. What can you do to assist Officers with this rank?: To assist Officers, I will host multiple Tryouts and SIMs to attempt to revitalize Starfighters. I will assist by helping new recruits in SF and bringing in new ones. I feel that if theres ever anyone that needs help in SF, they won't have to go all the way up the Chain of Command to get someone who knows the answer, they could go to me and avoid having to ask multiple people. What is the main purpose of an NCO?: The main purpose of an NCO is not to only host Tryouts, SIMs, and Trainings, but to also promote the battalion and help it thrive. NCOs are expected to show respect to all players within the server, no matter their rank or who they are. NCOs need to be a good role model for new enlist and their peers to follow. They will see the actions of the NCOs and hopefully begin to follow. Question, what would happen if you see a enlisted not following orders and they are messing around?: I would attempt to tell the enlisted to stop and tell them what they are doing wrong, if they do not stop I will report them to an Officer+ with evidence of what the enlist was doing. Do you agree that if you are struck within the first week you will be put back down to your last Enlisted rank?: I do.
  5. + Support Pizza has been here for a long time (Not as long as me lol) and he is one of my closest friends that I've ever made on the server. Pizza was here back when SF was being Led by Jabronie and he has always shown dedication to the server and SF. When I became a Marshall last year, he was very supportive and helped me to do my absoloute best. Pizzaguy is a great person, he has never gotten into any real trouble in the server and overall has been a great addition to the entire community for over a year. Pizza did an outstanding job in SF before the merge, and I believe he will do his absoloute best to get SF back on its feet. His positive influence on the server and dedication to the community have been instrumental in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone. I have no doubt that with his leadership and commitment, SF will thrive once again.
  6. -Support Battalions can use custom radio channels already if they want, and I don't think there would be any real time that Battalion commanders would need an entire radio channel. And the /comms idea I personally think is kinda pointless. Its there for the sole purpose of not interfering and it would just be much easier to keep it the way it is now.
  7. -Support Short Application Doesn't really say anything about Why he deserves the rank, or how he will assit. Overall the application doesn't go into detail about what you will do for Naval. (If I see you edit this application I will re-read it and revise my -Support) Good Luck!
  8. What would you like to see: I want to see a room simillar to the SHB control room but for the MHB. We could move the mission table into that room so players don't have to run across the ISD to get to it (Helpful for those without tactical inserts) and I want to see door controls inside of SHB (Behind a locked door like ATC), this will make it easier for SF during events when no Naval is on, this will make it so we don't have to run all the way to ATC and back. If we can have 2 buttons in SHB control room, (SHB and TIE Bays) that will make our lifes a whole lot easier. How would it help the server and/or the player base: It would make it easier for people to attend Missons, and it would make it easy for SF to open and close doors when nobody else can. Overall making everyones jobs easier. Do you think this suggestion will help the server as a whole: Yes, I do believe everyone will benefit from this.
  9. +Support Knows the rules Ex-Vice Marshall Good Person Good Luck!
  10. + Support From what I remember, Jake was a great person to have in Gaminglight, he was very kind and followed rules. He was an officer in SF a while ago, and I have never seen him get in trouble first hand. Good luck!
  11. What is your name?: Brand What is your rank?: Onyx Pilot, Master Pilot How long have you been a NCO?: 2 Days What rank are you applying for?: Pilot Officer How many strikes do you have? If yes, for what?: I have 0. Why should we trust you with an Officer rank?: I should be trusted with the rank of Pilot Officer due to my dedication. I have been in Gaminglight ImperialRP for coming up on 3 years now. I have been in every battalion and I have only truly connected with Starfighters. I have spent most of the past 2 and a half years on this server in Starfighters, Reaching the rank of Marshall, which lasted from July up to December. I believe I have shown that I am capable of holding a rank such as Pilot Officer. I created the Sub-Battalion "Onyx Squadron" along with my fellow command members at the time, and I expect to do much more this time around. What can you do to assist command with this rank?: I will assist Command by giving my best advice on how to better the Starfighter Corps. I will work with Command and my fellow officers to work on making Starfighters the best that It can be. I will also use my experience to help Command with any issues that might arrise within Starfighters. What is the point of being a officer?: When being an Officer, a lot of the same responsibilities will transfer over from NCO, such as being a good Leader by setting a good example for those above and below you, creating engagement for the players to retain them within the battalion, and Establishing Communication, this means making sure that all of SF are on the same track and we can speak to eachother fluently and quickly. What would happen if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him?: I would first encourage them to stop, and if they do not, I would follow the Chain of Command and report them to the next highest rank available, with a clip as evidence. Do you agree that if you are struck within the first week you will be put back down to your last NCO rank?: I do understand.
  12. What is your in game rank and name. Crewman Brand What is your STEAM ID? STEAM_0:1:80754468 How long have you been in Naval 3 Days Why do you wish to become a Junior Officer I wish to become a Junior Officer so I can transfer into the Starfighter Corps. I want to assist the battalion and help revive it and recruit as many people as I can to help regrow it. I was the last SF Marshall before It became merged with Naval, and I wish to help fix SF and get it's player count higher than it has in the past 5-6 months. What are the duties of a Junior Officer? Leadership - As a Junior Officer, you are expected to lead a portion of the battalion. You are to set an example for all those below, AND above you. You must act responsibly and obey orders, aswell as insuring others do the same. (Ex. Showing new members around the ship and how things work.) Engagement - You must engage with the other Naval, Including Enlisted, Junior Officers, Officers, Command, SF, ISB, and many more. This is not just limited to Naval, this includes the entirety of the server, despite rank. Engaging with people in the server will ensure better activity and more player interaction. (Ex. Hosting SIMs and Trainings whenever possible, and helping around the ISD) Communication - As a Junior Officer, you should ensure that things are transmitted correctly, whether it's communicating to fellow Naval in pits, or if it's ensuring people are using Teamspeak. You are the voice for enlisted to all the other members of the server. (Ex. New member doesn't understand Hyperspace, so you help them figure it out without making them feel bad about themselves.) How will you assist the battalion as a Junior Officer? I plan to move to the Starfighter Corps. I will host SIMs, Trainings, and will attempt to assist SF Command to the best of my abilities, using Leadership, Engagement, and Communication. I believe I can assist the reviatalization of the Starfighter Corps, alongside my fellow SF members. I will support the Starfighter Corps by setting up simulations and provide assistance to those who are new, or anyone who just needs a bit of help.
