(150 Word Minimum) Well I have been part of this community for about a year now and throughout that time I have grown to care a deal about it from meeting all the people that I've met along the way and from all the times I've helped people on staff, Diplomat and Support. This server has granted me the ability to have some of if not the most fun I've ever had inside a gaming community and I wanna make sure that I can do everything in my power to ensure that this community stays as strong as possible. So thats why I wanna be JMT because I wanna make sure that every player gets the same opportunity that I have had to experience the unforgettable moments and meet some of the amazing people that I have and get the absolute best time possible while playing in our server. And in addition to that I would really like to help with the back end stuff and assets SMT with some of there work load because I know sometimes it can be overwhelming, I've always enjoyed that aspect of being staff being able to help people when they need it and getting this position would allow me to do that so much more. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Well I would bring them into the sit and explain to them the consequences of there actions and make sure they understand the situation then I would proceed to warn them and ban them for 5 days for MRDM Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would mute and gag them to try to find out the situation once I did then I would administer the proper punishments, if no evidence can be found then I would apologize to the person that made the report that no conclusion can be found then return them. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? I would inform them of the situation and if they continue to not care then I would jail them for about 5 minutes and give them the motd to read over then if they continue to brake rules I'll ban them for a day. Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? While yes he can be active, from my own experience he has seemed to have been "oblivious" (taken with a grain of salt) to current events within server and/or branch. While I do believe in the future he may be qualified, I don't think now is the time.
