How would this change better the server? - The riot shield is one of those donator weapons that is rarely used. Most people buy the riot shield but let in sit and root in their scroll menu. I know it says that some classes wont be able to use it before you buy it but D-Class CC's haven't really had anything new lately besides a NLR change. This isn't a buff this is just letting them have access to an item they paid for. It would be nice to have more freedom with the items we're confined to. I don't think normal D-Class should be able to use it, just CC's really. We're some of the highest paying players and not having access to such a cool swep is kinda sad. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - D-Class CC's maybe harder to kill but that is balanced out with skill cause you need to figure ways to get behind them, think of it as the knife. This is technically a buff because you can have a guy with a contender behind the pillar as well as a guy with a riot shield protecting him, but unless there is riot control online, you can’t do anything because crossing the blue line will result in a punishment. Plus there is a spot by the leg you can still shoot but its hard to hit. Someone can also just bodyblock a door, letting all the other D-Class go.
