What is your in-game name?: Willy What is your steam name?: Willy What is your steam ID?: STEAM_1:1:76250625 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) I was a Superadmin for PoliceRP under Snar and Fame for many months until I resigned due to a busy year of schooling and now that summer is turning around and this COVID-19 is around, I have plenty of time to play for the foreseeable future. My duties at Superadmin would be making sure staff do their jobs, report to SMT on what needs to be done and make sure everyone gathers at Staff Meetings. As a Superadmin at GL, I always did my best to make sure everyone was enjoying their time and I made sure a healthy stream of content was flowing through the server in order to maintain the peace in the server. I also was a Director at FLE (Florida Law Enforcement) where my duties would be making staff meetings, player meetings, LEO meetings, Enforcing Rules, Creating documents and much more. In another FiveM community, I was a Staff Director at SSRP (Sunshine State Roleplay) where I maintained the duties of upholding the rules of the server and hiring/firing staff members. That concludes all of the major roles I played as a staff members. What date did you start playing on the community? (150 Word Minimum): I believe I deserve staff due to the diligent work I produced while being here as a Staff Member in Milrp and PoliceRP. I worked extremely hard day after day on reporting staff members, enforcing rules, creating documents for departments and much more. Gaminglight holds very dearly in my heart and the reason I'm wanting to come back is because I want to help this community out even more because the year I had here as staff was honestly the best year for me. I made Dozens of new friends and had experiences that I won't ever forget with these fantastic people. At Gaminglight, I'd like to enforce the rules to the best of my ability so I can make sure that everyone is having a pleasant time in the community and making sure that everyone that needs help, gets the help they need. Many people have misconception about staffing and it's that they always need to ban and kick people but they also need to help out the community in any questions/concerns they might have and I promise I will uphold that to the best of my ability if I'm given the opportunity to staff here again at this wonderful server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: If someone is Mass RDMing, you immediately bring them into a sit on top of the spawn roof where he can't hurt anyone else, make sure you have godmode so he doesn't blast you. Then you want to proceed to jail him where you try to talk with him on why he did it and make sure you check logs to make sure he actually Mass RDM'd. If he did, then proceed with the sit and if he begins to curse at you, make sure that you Mute him and if then he proceeds to go banana's in chat, then you would want to Gag him. You have all the evidence you need and so then you proceed to ban him for at least 3 days for the Mass RDM and a day or two for the Cursing/Staff Diss in the sit.
