Yes Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt): N/A Why should you be promoted? : I wish to be promoted and accepted in PD command as I am hoping to continue to support and help others, with the recent acceptance into the staff team I am not hoping to be able to help PD as well, whether that be training cadets like I currently can, Promoting those who I or others feel deserve, punishing those who don't deserve their rank or answering questions other might not know. With my previous experience of being a COL in PD is already familiarised with how to correctly command PD, My past knowledge would be put to good use and also be used in a more constructive way. I'm hoping to eventually become my old rank of COL and host PD meetings and solidify my connection within the PD. If I where to be accepted into PD command I'd be split my time on the server into thirds not spending my time on just one just rather the same on staff, ARU and PD, so it's fear for those who might need me when others can't help.
