Look here at gaminglight nobody is perfect. The, on the other hand, do make mistakes sometimes but who doesn't. I can say being here for 6 years I have seen the best staff come and go, I have seen some bad staff come and go. I will say Zeeptin has worked his ass off and has trained the managers on how to help run and maintain a nice growing community and later on they train all of us. +support Think about it, other units suffer from all these units. I get a lot of people who would be upset as they don't want to lose commander, but other departments are suffering from all the other units taking over. I do think we need just 2 tac units like SWAT, and CERT one for PD and another for State.

Well for starters I do agree he needs to be warned for player disk and for server disk but I would add staff disk in aswell due to the fact he said and admins are too. We don't give our warnings for each one we give out one warn with all the reasons stated. +support

Having been a member of the community for almost 6 years, I have seen all the changes the community has gone through. After seeing how much a community can be changed by good leadership, I would love the opportunity to show how I could help keep the community moving in a strong direction. Previous leaders in the community have taught me many valuable lessons on how to assist others in leading as well as how to be an independent leader myself. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would start by using the jailtp command. When they are on the roof or admin room depending where I brought him/her, I would try and explain the situation. If they proceed to curse me out I would go ahead and gag them so they can’t speak and if they also are cursing at me in chat, they will be muted. From there I will explain to them why they are receiving a warning. The reasons on the warning would consist of Staff Dis, NCWS, Minging, NITRP. 17. These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin: -What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? If i had suspicions of a alt account If I thought the player was using an alt account, I would spectate them and monitor their profile. Any information that I receive would be shared would another Senior Admin+ to verify that it is an alt account. -What would you do if a player is threatening to chargeback? I would inform them of the rules of donating and let them know that if they proceed to chargeback, they will be blacklisted on the server. I would also contact JMT+ to keep them updated on the situation as well. -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? I would bring all family members up to a private rooftop and verbally warn them. Following the verbal warning, I would continue to monitor the situation for further development. If they continue to minge, I would give them an official warning. -How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!") If I was in a situation where I didn't know the answer, I would ask fellow admin and superiors for the information. I would never want to give someone false information and want to make sure they always have the correct info they need.
