This world. D-class often have numbers on GENSEC and no NLR (except for d-class CCs). That's their advantage. Regardless. +Support - this is already on the list to be removed from the Brute class, but I think it should be added to the MOTD for D-Class CCs as well.

What are you suggesting? - Allow the department heads of each branch to moderate their branch's section of the forums. Now, I'm not sure if this is possible given the way the forums are set up in terms of set up with forums tags, but I think it would be a great addition. I also am not sure if I should've put this in a different section since it could apply to other servers' section of the forums. How would this change better the server? - It would allow department heads to take care of their section of the forums, archiving old information, stickying important information, closing roll calls, archiving applications, etc., without constantly bombarding our busy SMT / forums diplomats. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - None that I can see. I believe that if you can trust a department head to run a branch / have roster edit access, you can trust them to manage their respective section of the forums. Who would this change mostly benefit? - Everyone who frequents the forums. -Support While I agree, Sixx should not have used his physgun off-duty, it wasn't for the purpose of abuse. It was to keep a disorderly trainee in-line, namely, you. I think it's disappointing that you come from another Gaminglight server, yet you come to ours to minge. Would you have this kind of conduct on PoliceRP? The absolute most Sixx should get is a reminder / talking to about using the physgun off duty.

+Support Reznov had it first. It'd cost them money to change it, whereas it wouldn't cost anything for RRH to change theirs. Additionally, I don't think that model fits RRH at all.

To be specific: Junior NCO, Senior NCO, Low Command, Senior Command and High Command jobs all do not have access to radio channel 2 at the moment. Also, riot control still doesn't have the shotgun from the job update, but I'm sure that's coming.

(Press F1): 3 weeks, 3 days. How well do you know the SCP lore in general?: Probably about 7 - 8 / 10. I don't know EVERYTHING by heart, but I do know a good amount. I spend a good amount of time watching SCP videos / reading the wiki every day. Why do you WANT to become a Senior Event Team Member?: I would love to be able to do more interesting events, which would be afforded by some of the freedoms that come with the rank. I love being a part of event team and getting the opportunity to affect people's day on the server, ideally giving them a positive experience with something interesting to break the usual day-to-day operations of the server. Why should you be trusted to be a Senior Event Team Member?: I believe that I can be trusted because I am a faithful follower of the rules. I know every rule set from every branch I'm in practically by heart. I'm a Senior Moderator and I'd like to continue moving up the ranks of administration, so you can be sure I'd never do anything against the rules. Are you experienced with planning Mega Events?: I am not, yet, however I would love to get some event team members together and plan one in the near future. I have been a part of two now, at this point. I also think that we should a mega-event every week after our meetings on Fridays, where most, if not all, of event team gets together and works on one event. Give an example of a mega event: I really like the idea of doing multiple events over an extended period of time, creating your own sort of canon and major recurring characters / actors. I'd love to orchestrate a set of massive events that tell a story in phases. The first phase would be the introduction of the Children of the Scarlet King, a cult looking to retake SCP-231-7 from the foundation, one of the brides of the Scarlet King. They would attempt to raid the foundation and retrieve her. The final phase would be a massive boss monster that represents the Scarlet King himself, and MTF would be tasked with taking him down. What do you consider to be the best event you have ever created: My favorite event thus far was an 008 event. I really enjoyed it because it was an amazing spur of the moment event. We saw an opportunity arising, and we took it. A researcher was talking in foundation comms about how another researcher accidentally allowed a d-class that was exposed to 008 go back to D-Block without decontamination of the subject first. When I saw that, I knew that I absolutely had to take advantage of that situation, so I claimed the event slot on the trello and immediately hopped on admin to start the event. We had MTF and utility involved, fighting back the zombie hordes to retake 008's CC and repair it. I would love to do more events like that, ones that form naturally out of the RP that is currently happening on the server. People seem to really enjoy those. As a Senior Event Team member, I think it would be a lot easier to make those kinds of events happen, as well. I've been in security command for about three months, since the 14th of March. Date of when you first joined GENSEC: February 14th. How many Strikes do you have: None. What is your main goal of being GENSEC High Command: To bring reforms to the branch, strengthen activity, improve our reputation, and command to the best of my ability. Do you think there is any issues with the branch and if so how would you fix it: I think that the main issue with security currently is that morale is low. I think that some reforms need to be made, and some new, exciting content needs to be available to reinvigorate security as a whole. If we can bring excitement to our ranks, then they will be more likely to stay on the server, and stay with GENSEC. I think that there is a problem with security's reputation as well. As HOS, it will be one of my main directives to improve relations with other branches, and to increase our good reputation as well. No longer will security be considered the problem child of the foundation. As the current DHOS, it is my goal to work closely with Site Administration in order to reinvigorate security as much as possible. What do you think of GENSEC ability to keep D block under control and what do you think can be improved: I think that there is a problem with our preparedness for riots. I think that we need to convene frequently and do PTs relevant to our duties as security. I think that our training process can be looked at and streamlined further, in order to better prepare people for the riots, making sure to brief them on what to expect in D-Block. I also think that we should have more rigorous training processes for our subbranches in order to strengthen our numbers in terms of quality, rather than quantity. Why should we accept you in GENSEC High Command? (150 word minimum): I believe that I am ready and qualified to lead this branch. From the moment I reached command 3 months ago, I've worked tirelessly to bring positive change to the branch, and I fully intend to continue doing that. When I became a member of Senior Command, I immediately begun work on reforms and exciting changes for the branch. My first project as SCMD was to reformat all of the RCF documents, and standardize the testing procedures. My next big project as Senior Command was the large scale branch update that just went through a few days ago. I worked over multiple days, making sure our update was as balanced and interesting as possible. If I am selected as HOS, you can be absolutely sure that I will continue to work on these large projects in order to keep security feeling fresh and exciting. I have plenty of ideas and I cannot wait to begin work on them and make them a reality. I am not naive, I know that security is not perfect, but I believe that we are headed in the right direction now to make security the best it possibly can be. Additionally, as HOS, I will be expecting full accountability and quality from my command members, to ensure that our branch continues to improve.

+/-support I was also thinking about this the other day- 106 often gets femur'd without making an attempt to get D-Class, and I feel like there should be some repercussions to doing so. However, I don't think a PK / demotion is fair. I would lean more towards something like a long NLR timer when you sacrifice yourself. Might be hard to enforce, but something like 15 - 20 minutes.

+Support I think this would benefit the server population as a whole if you broadened the ability to help across more ranks of staff. I think that admins should be able to be trusted enough to handle these tickets.

Last I heard, the developer of this wardrobe addon is working on fixing this issue. So it's just a matter of waiting.

+Support I've worked with Stabby quite a bit, and I know that he's super serious and dedicated when he wants to be. Yes, he made incredibly stupid mistakes, and he ABSOLUTELY deserved to lose his staff rank. But I think he's grown, and I think he's ready to come back and play with the community he spent so much of his time on. Plenty of people that call him friend would love the opportunity to have him on the server again. If he does return, I expect nothing less than for him to be on his best behavior. And I do agree, he most likely should be permanently staff restricted.

What you want to see? - A map put back in the training room, we used to have one on the old map. I made this map myself using a screenshot & photoshop, hopefully it looks good. Let me know if anything else should be added onto it. Why should we add it? - It's helpful for new players and trainers.
