  1. What are you suggesting? - Make it a MOTD/SOP rule that revokes the ability for the CI Mechs to obtain a Fluence. How would this change better the server? - Make it a lot more balanced and keep a high Hp/AP mech that can regen health the ability to obtain the most OP obtainable weapon in the server. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - None I can currently think of. (150 WORDS+): I remember my time in security when I joined back in December of 2019, and every moment up until April of 2020 when I unfortunately received a ban, followed by a community blacklist due to my own malicious, and inherently idiotic decisions I made while I was an event team member. I am a very active member that is on for the most part daily, I make sure all is well and that people are acting as they should, as well as making sure Security is being represented by our NCO's in the right way. If I were to become a Major, I feel that the ideals and expectations I have for security can be implemented more and ultimately bring me closer to the goal of making Security fun for everyone in my own way. My Main Goal is to leave a mark on security, a mark that will stay in the heads of those in our branch even after I leave, and I especially aim to leave a never-ending impact on wardens and how wardens operate. I will continue to not only lead Wardens, but GENSEC as a whole into the right path and make sure that our enlisted, NCO's, and all of our Command members live up to the expectations we as Security CMD have for them. I am prepared and willing to accept the responsibilities as a member of senior command. 11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: I would grab their attention and direct them back to D Block, notifying them of what they did wrong, and let them know a SGT+ has to give them permission to leave D Block and make sure they understand me. If this behavior continues I would give them one last firm verbal warning before I am forced to remove their whitelist and /demote them off the job, letting them know they can get retrained in a day. 12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I would ask them to move to a private channel in TeamSpeak and question them on the poor reasons they have for leaving D Block, and get their reasoning behind them. I would let them know to get better reasons for leaving D Block, and if this behavior continues, I will be forced to strike/demote the NCO. 13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into D-Block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would let them know for starters, as E11 you cannot go in D Block freely, and you have no command over security who are doing their job in D Block, and then kindly ask them to leave D Block. If this behavior continues or if they refuse to leave, I would get evidence and report the E11 Private to an E11 CMD Member. 14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: I would explain how much of a jump enlisted to NCO is and that they will be held to a much higher standard and be expected to set an example towards Enlisted. I would let them know as a SGT they can be trained for FTO, RIG when sub-branch restrictions are lowered, Security Sniper, and they can attend warden tryouts. I would let them know they can now call hands up and partial lockdown on code orange, and they can use key_listboundkeys in console to see what their keybinds are. I would guide them on the steps to make a forums account if they do not have one already. Let them know their promotion cooldown is now 3 days instead of 1 day. I would lastly hand them the link to the NCO guide and suggest they read it carefully before having them request their tags in discord and giving them their Junior NCO Whitelist.
