I was a mod on one other gmod server (superiorservers darkrp) for a short period of time. However, I have a myriad of experience as staff/administration on other mediums. I have owned and co-administrated a now defunct Minecraft server with over 40 daily active users at it's peak, which was attached to, and run in conjunction with a discord-based gaming community that had over 300 active users, which I also co-owned. Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe that I deserve this rank because of the following reasons: I am extremely dedicated to this server. Since starting on Feb 14th, I have been extremely active. I have logged over 1 week and 2 days worth of playtime, playing nearly everyday, for at least five hours each day. I love this community and want to do my best to help it grow and improve in any way I can. I know the rules quite well. I have a good amount of staff experience. I am mature and I am good at diffusing difficult situations. In real life, I have worked in customer service for over a decade, so I am quite experienced in dealing with people and solving problems in a way that insures that everyone is happy. Additionally, I believe my experience in SCP-RP as a member of Security low-command has helped me to become a good leader, role-model and commander in-game. I deal with issues that arise in Security as fairly as possible to all parties involved, and I strive to be honest and forthcoming with people who need to be punished for their actions so as to help them learn from their mistakes. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? Firstly, I would bring the person who requested the staff sit, and get a full situation report from them. After which, I would bring the offending player. If they immediately start cursing at me, I would do my best to attempt to reason with the player and implore them to calm down. If they did, I would then check the logs, verify whether or not they've committed MRDM. I would then verbally inform of the rules they have broken, and subsequently give them their formal warning, then request a higher rank to give them the appropriate ban for their actions. If they did not calm down, however, and continually disrespected me, I would gag them while I give them their formal warning, both for MRDM as well as staff disrespect, and finally, I would request a higher ranked staff member to apply their ban.

SCP-RP, about 216 hours logged so far. But I've been thinking a lot about joining imperial RP sometime soon. I played Imperial on a different server and I thought it was kinda cool. Not a huge star wars fan tho.

Hi! Never did one of these, so I'm doing it now. Name is Sinnik. (pronounced like the word "cynic") I've been playing on SCP-RP since February 14th. I am currently a 2nd Lieutenant in security. This is my first time actually getting really into a RP server. I've played a lot of gmod before but never really to this extent on one server. I'm having a really great time on here, and I'm super happy to a part of this community.

+Support This is a clearly well thought-out proposal. I do agree with the others, there may be too many ranks involved. But this definitely sounds like something I'd be interested in being involved with.

Some of these that have been suggested would be kind of impossible to implement on the server. SCP-017 is feasible but a swep for that currently exists. Would love to see some more feasible concepts brought forth. Something within the meta but not already done. I appreciate your suggestions!

+Support I agree 100%. RCF should be a proper sub-branch. RCF needs a proper ranking structure and RCF members should be able to grow and be promoted for their work.

Francisco. This is unfortunate. You know very well there was no power abuse. I personally gave you so many warnings, so many chances. You know this. No one else would've. I gave you TWO warnings, knowing full well that you were already removed from GENSEC THRICE before any of this happened. I told you that if you kept arguing, kept player dissing, kept causing drama I would have to demote you. I have no vendetta against you. But what I do have is MULTIPLE people, each telling me separately over TWO days, talking about separate occasions, about what you have done. Peggu paid the price. She got her warn, she got her demote x2. But you chose to continually bother her. And to talk about her. And insult her. And to insult your commanding officers. EVERYONE told me to demote you the first time. But I CHOSE to give you another chance. To warn you instead of remove you instantly. And you report me. If you need more corroboration, @APE @TheHumanPiano@poptarts, are just some of the MANY people who can tell you exactly how things went down.

This is a loaded question. A good friend of mine is a professional game designer, and is very experienced with Lua. I am less experienced but I do know my way around gmod. He has agreed to assist me in any future projects I may have. I decided that I’d love for us to make an SCP that currently does not have a swep available and release it on the workshop. Now, even when we make it, we still have to suggest it be added AND for it to be accepted. So it may never see the server. That being said... What is your favorite SCP that you’d love to see on the server? Please make it something that is actually viable and within the current meta. I.E. no world ending SCPs or giant monsters the size of a facility lol

+Support I feel bad annoying others when doing my promos, and it definitely should've been a thing already. (I also wish we could log the promotions ourselves but that's a separate thing)

+Support D-Class riots have been non-stop since the guns were released. I understand that removal would be unfair, but I do think a nerf of some sort needs to happen. You can say the guns aren't good all you want, but the fact is: if d-class outnumber gensec (as they usually do) and all or many of them all have automatic pistols, we're not going to reclaim d-block. Especially since we have NLR and they do not. Also, not to speak for the research branch, but they are also affected by this as well, I'm sure. If D-block is constantly in a riot state, there's no way researchers are going to be able to get their test subjects.
