I do agree with this idea with 911 calls. I feel as if having access to radio may just be a little too close to RP for comfort.

I've thought about this for a few days now, and came to the realization that I'm not dedicated / active enough to be a part of State or CERT. If you want more details as to why I feel this way, feel free to come talk to me about it. I've made a lot of friends here, so I want to say to keep on grinding and having fun.
