Since you've gotten this amount of warns in that amount of time, you should take the time to get better acquainted with the rules on our server. It'll be helpful so you don't get any more warns, and will of course be very beneficial if you are accepted as a member of the staff team in the future. When it comes to your application, correct the points up above, and I think you'll have a good shot at staff!

+support I think this should be cleared up so we can have something that is set in stone to go off of. It is confusing as of this moment. I have always thought of Jailbreak as only after they have been jailed via the Jailer NPC. But other people may not see it that way so.

Just want to put out there that I don't see how bringing SMT into it changes anything at all. They are SMT... it's not really a comparison that you can make when SMT obviously can do as they please.

Yeah I understand that, but Yobo is claiming that they were being minges. and you claim that they cant RP as normal humans. This is something that a staff member could have aided with is what I am trying to say, whether they were in the rules or not.

When I say staff issue I mean more of like a talk about what was going on and how to stop the chaos, versus a punishment of any sort.

+support I just don't really see why you had to block off the bailer. I understand that in your opinion they could have been mingy and they kept getting bailed over and over again, but there are better alternatives. There are other things you could have done instead of blocking it off. Everyone should have full access to the bailer at all times. Even if it was accessible past the first door, past the first door is usually considered AOS/KOS. It shouldn't have to go that far. Just my opinion Could have all been resolved in a normal staff sit instead of resorting to blocking it as well.

-support I truly don't think an entire rule for that is necessary. If a discord/teamspeak call takes place to discuss evidence or whatever it may be, the staff member should know by default that they need to hear both sides when they return in-game anyway. Instead of adding an entire rule, maybe this should be emphasized by a higher ranking staff member of the staff team so that whoever has already made the mistake of going straight to punishment, can change their ways. I had this same situation yesterday. I answered a report and before bringing whoever was reported, I had the victim show me the evidence first. The evidence showed that the reported player did in fact break a rule, but I still ended up bringing him to the sit in order to hear his side. No way would I have gone straight to warning them.

+support I believe that Jay needs to be spoken to and that is all. While I do understand that this isn't very acceptable for a Moderator on the staff team, Jay while on duty is a very helpful staff member. Because of this I don't think he needs to be punished any further. All of the issues that I have heard about him has been him off duty. Jay is younger and like Torty said, it can be very stressful when you truly believe you are right, and two staff members are telling you that you are wrong. Not only that but not everyone is perfect and not everyone can keep their calm when it comes to situations like this. Jay should be informed that if keeping calm is something that he can't really handle, the staff team might not be for him. Regardless, I'm sure that he will learn his lesson and know that he should not do this from here on out.

+support I do think it would be a lot more convenient. I could understand what Ender said about too many people rolling through EMS base but I feel as if people don't go in there at all anyways, so it wouldn't hurt. If not, maybe adding a Health and Armor NPC to one of the inner city general stores?

Interesting seeing this about people. When I first got on PoliceRP I went by Jay, but there was a higher ranking CERT member also named Jay (Jrandom) so I had to change my name. And.... welp.... my real first name is Jayden.... so I chose Jayden.
