+/- support I can see that he lost his temper, though he wasn't actually on the staff job when it happened so I'm not sure on what punishment would be proper, but he is correct in that the sit should have been taken to a roof. Perhaps just a verbal warning about watching his temper?

+support I have had many times, and I am sure that nearly everyone else has as well, where I have had to run off for something right then. No time to type or anything just go. There's no reason to warn him for having to go afk after calling a sit. That's essentially punishing him for having to do IRL stuff. Which is not the message we want to be sending. Now, perhaps if he had broken a rule, and gone afk DURING a sit on purpose to minge, perhaps a warn would be in order. But in this case? No, I do not believe this warn was appropriate at all. We're essentially telling him that this game is more important than whatever he had to take care of IRL. And that will likely never be the case.

+support Considering when you took that picture, he had four ACTIVE warns, shows me he doesn't want to behave. Begone.

I wasn't aware having to go afk after calling Staff was warnable...Things DO happen IRL sometimes to force you to leave without warning...

+support All the video shows is a fence placed against motel. He is not shown on or near the prop, or even climbing over it, therefore there should be no warn for propclimb as propclimb has not happened.

+/- support Whilst you should have listened and just taken it here, Criminals go to court all the time and that doesn't lessen their sentence. Even after a 20-30 minute court case, I've still done max time. It's also quite common for criminals to call a sit for the express reason of wasting time so the staff will say 'oh since we've been here so long, just let him go'. That should not be allowed to happen. And staff shouldn't be able to dictate how long someone goes to jail for. Otherwise you'd have people specifically causing an issue so that they can get out of any punishment for their crime. Which is FailRP in my book.
