Topic Title- Appeal "Failed Advert" Warn Warning Appeal - "THE CANDY M4N" Your In-game Name: BOS Chad Anderson Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:162134112 The admin's name in-game: Jack Simmons What warning did you receive: Failing to Advert When did you receive this warning: 1/29/2022 Please give a description of the situation that led to the warning: I was AFK while in the sit, but contacted Jack Simmons after words and discussed what happened. I car jacked someone and did /advert carjack and forgot to put the name of the car owner in the advert. Why do you think this warn was false: Overall, I now understand that you have to put the car owners name in the advert when carjacking. I sadly was in the middle of making dinner and my oven timer went off. This caused me to be AFK for the admin sit with Jack Simmons. I learned later after the incident that this rule was implemented to help eliminate people to spawn stolen cars. After talking with both Billy and Jack about this situation, it is clear to me that If i wasn't away from my keyboard at the time of my sit, this would of most likely have been a verbal. This was an honest sloppy mistake. Evidence the warning is false: I sadly do not have evidence on this event.

Was doing a test then receiving my xp then sarkic came and stole me. I was held at the sarkic base for almost 25-30 minutes when I said f it and destroyed the peg holding me so I can play the server. Yes I shouldn't have done it but also shouldn't have been held there for so long. This guy also started a sit for 15 minutes. Same guy who killed my 2 d boys in a test for no reason as MTF E11. I want my warn taken away because I did not deserve it and was very disrespected the whole time. Also he said I player dissed him from talking in chat while gagged? Tigersden said it was 5 mins for a active raid but I think he was referring to this rule "(ONLY CRIM) A Rule of NLR is active base raiding, no family members may return to the base being raided by the Government for 5min if you die". I think Tigersden did not realize it was only 5 mins when you are being raided by the gov. I was being raided by Crim and waited my 3 mins of NLR. At the point of the kidnapping a group of guys were copbaiting me and pitted me, then proceded to give me information about explosions at mesa apartments. I went over and called for additionals to help me out. After seeing that there was no one around I hit my panic and then the reporter pressed their bind for kidnapping shortly after. I was out of immediate range for restraining and they were the only one person around so I started to evade. Shortly after I started running one of his buddies comes around a corner and at that point I was under fearRP so I complied. The sit was called for fearRP because I evaded a kidnapping that had not put me under fear RP yet due to there only being one person. In the sit, Jawadre a trial mod pulled me and the reporter up and we gave our sides of the story. From what i heard it sounded like the admin was asking the reporter what he should do in terms of this sit (the reporter was a moderator - I don't remember the name at this time). They ended up giving me a warn and a jail for FailRP. Any extra information: I generally follow the rules in any way possible. Most days when I load in, I go through the entire MOTD to make sure that there isn't any rule breaking by myself when I load into the game. If I even have a little bit of doubt I will ask admins questions in order to clarify the rules. I don't believe that there is much room for me to screw up and not a lot of other people do either. I didn't know the rule of scp 999 that he can't heal while the medical staff are online so i was not advised by staff to stop this action so i am gonna read the rules again and i hope i got this warn removed if possible sugestion i think the staff should advise players some people of staff advise but others just give warns or even kick from the server or ban for 20 minutes can i have another chance to do the right thing ? i learn from my mistakes ;-; if possible remove my warn

He just wanted me to have a Verbal warning and know what not to do next time. Also the last time I saw crease was when he had his tazer out and was halfway across DOC Bridge. He never said that he had his gun out and he never told me to stop. Also I was in the water by time I even looked back and saw him with a gun out. Since then the bad blood has all but *entirely* evaporated with research, and nothing else has been done against me in such a long enough period that I think it is fair for the warn to be revoked. I am, to anyone who knows me, clearly not a problem causer. I understand if this cannot be rescinded but the nature of it being such a large misunderstanding in the first place gives me reason to at least try to fight it once. this is the warn appeal for a warn i had gotten today or on the day of june 16,2019 if you read this during a few days later or month etc so anyway what happened was i was playing was 106 and i was on the side where hcz goes into lcz by a lift or elevator and there was to ci there again not saying names because for safety reasons but if they are reading this you know who you are and one of them made me take the other ci who was cloaked now i didn't mean to at all i told the ci to come back witch i did i think and i was pulled into a sit with one of the ci and three class d and they said i was running when 106 can not run and that i had to alt walk which i did but my keyboard was acting up so if i was holding down alt it would lag up and make me stand but i also was not given a chance to say my side of the story the staff member just warned me and put me in anitminge with out hearing my side and i forgot the staff members name but ask me and i'll pm it so yeah last appeal till i need to make another one

this is for where i was warned for fail rp from nucleus who warned me for fail rp what happened was two mtf came threw not saying names or ranks but they where apart of nu7 came threw ez checkpoint going into hcz i was playing as 096 and i had gotten threw but they saw me and followed but they both had seen my face and this was during the time where if you saw 096's face for two seconds he could kill you and so i did but they said i failed rp ps two more appeals then i'm done

this is the second appeal for warn where i swep abused made from the staff member jeffe this is what happened it was morning hopped on the sever as 066 and i was in hcz with class d and at the time my keyboard died and it was stuck on the letter that makes the 066 so it spammed it so i had replace the batteries and at that time it was still making me move so i had to unplug my keyboard and then jeffe showed up and warned me ps one more appeal left then im done
