Yeah IK, I wish it was stated. I mean IRL if someone pulls a gun on me as I'm driving away I'm fucking going Mach 5.

So, as I'm driving i get hit and pushed into a wall. I start driving away again and I guess that's when he hit his bind. That part of the map is dark AF at night so I didn't see him or a gun honestly. I'm also not sure how he managed to smash my comms through a closed car door but that's another issue. When Goose told me he wanted to be allowed to re-kidnap me I was willing. I finished with what I was dealing with and went to talk to him and he was on EMS. I was pretty sure that if I was moving forward already in my car I was fine, but if that's not the case then I will know that for the future. I wish he would have pm'd me at the time and I could have come back right then, but I didn't find out tile about 5 minutes later.

+support I think that this at least needs to be re-examined, as Shmoopy never did anything to harm the community. The depth of the punishment he received for what he said is, IMHO, way beyond what I would deem needed. I'm not sure what the proper course is to take here, but I feel that this needs to be looked into. Stripped all whitelists, blacklisting from his department, and blacklisting from staff for that sentence(and I was around to see it, that was all I ever saw said by Shmoopy) is extreme overkill.

Have spoken to Eternity, and he is creating a guideline for what K9 can and cannot do, and the steps they must take to do those things.

The thing is, we don't generally do refunds, as there is no way to verify amount loss, if the loss was invalid ETC. Ryan was willing to give you what he could. And I have to check what they could do with ARU. I was willing to warn them, as Ryan agreed to accept his, but it was refused. I am hoping that we can get this figured out.

I declined to warn them due to having to contact ARU command on whether or not they were indeed allowed to do this, as Matthew and Eternity are both higher staff and would know better than I on if such a rule was allowed and enforceable. After contacting them and getting the updated information, I pulled Ryan to speak to him, wherein he agreed to accept a warn and repay Th3 what he had to at least partially compensate him for his lost printers. Th3 refused the payment, refused the warn and stated that I was only doing this for 'damage control' after he put this report up, which is false. I did it after I had all the information I needed to make a proper decision. I could have warned them at that point, but you refused to talk about it in game any further and said it would now be up to the forums post. So here we are.
