So apparently, we're no longer allowed in the public PD lobby to report crimes. As I went in behind another guy to report one and had SWAT called on us. We were then screamed at and threatened with arrest. I was tased and cuffed when trying to explain why I was there. They then uncuffed me and threw me out, lockign the doors. If we are no longer allowed in there to report crimes, there needs to be an addition to the rules and a sign put over the door.

Just wanted to get opinions on this. Was in a pretty good pursuit against PD today, and at top speed, got battering rammed out of my car by a trooper standing on the side of the road. I feel like that's not very realistic as there's no way on God's green earth that they would be able to drag you out of a car at 60+. Was wondering what everyone else thought about this situation. I see it happen a lot and it's pretty RP breaking to be in a high speed chase and then suddenly stood on the road.

That was a blast, especially the last stand when it was just me and Army left alive. We somehow held out long enough to get the cash!

In reality, after being treated and taken to the hospital, you DO go to jail but eh. It does present less of a reason to RP in holdups, and I've been noticing a drop in PD trying to RP those. All the robberies I tried last night ended with them rushing in shooting, with no order to surrender or attempt to negotiate a peaceful solution.

As a criminal, I agree this rule is broken. Now there is no reason for us to RP a surrender when we can just shoot it out and get out scot-free.

Except it wasn't out of anger. If you feel it was rude that's fine, I've been told far worse in both RP and OOC. And Nimo, where did I tell you to eff off. I don't see it in my console screenshot I took of the whole thing.

We are allowed to swear and whatnot in RP, as long as it isn't excessive. I said it once. And I'm pretty sure it says NOT to swear in a sit in MOTD.

After the resulting chase, because no way am I ever paying that, he took me into jail. I of course yell out IC about going to jail for a 250K ticket was ridiculous, other officers around agreed and were trying to get him to stop. In which he said he didn't mean 250k but some other amount and kept saying numbers over 200k. Eventually he says to get inside the jail or he's calling staff. I start to go inside but get stuck in the door. A SGT says something to me and I tell them IC to eff off. Nimo then warned me for player diss. When I called him on it in OOC and told him I was reporting him, he said "IDC. You don't tell my SGTs to eff off." You can see it in the screenshot. Now, if we are no longer allowed to yell or curse IC/ in RP that's fine, please let me know. But as far as I have been told, as long as we aren't being excessive or racist it's allowed, within reason. What irritated me about this was that he was RPing as PD, he was not on duty. I feel that if he had an issue with what I said, he should have gotten a staff like he had already threatened to do. inside of dealing with it himself. I have RP'd as an angry arrestee before with PD and usually we banter back and forth, I end up in the cell and we both go on with our days. Not instantly warned because they don't like what I said. Any extra information: Quite a few PD witnessed him says 215k ticket and 250K ticket when he was booking me.

I don't really blame Sassi honestly. He tried to do it right. Just next time, let me or whoever show you the evidence before making the decision. Other than that, Sassi has done a good job so far.

A handcuffed dude walks up(Tommy Jalapi) yelling for help. I'm ignoring him cuz I don't know him. A cop runs up after him(SNR Ludde) and starts telling me to leave the area. I'm moving around trying to get to my truck, which he's circling. He yells at me again to leave the area and tries to tase me, he misses. At this point I thought I was justified to shoot him so I did. We got pulled for a sit, they decided not to warn anyone since Tommy told them what happened. Tommy pms me after thanking me for helping him, I respond saying I wasn't helping him, I was defending myself. He then tries to get in my truck at the hopsital screaming that we should party. I ignore him and drive off. Couple minutes later I get dragged back into a sit and get minged with Sassi saying that Tommy told him I bribed him with money to get him to lie for me. At no time was any proof brought up. And Tommy even said over mic he was telling them this stuff because 'You threw shit in my face.' I was not given a chance to tell them about my encounter with tommy afterwards because I was immediately minged. I did not pay Tommy to lie, since I had no reason to lie. I would never lie in a sit or bribe someone to lie for me. This warn is all from Tommy getting mad that I ignored him afterwards and lying to the admins to get me in trouble. I could accept wa warn for RDM if it was determined to be such, I shot the officer because he tried to tase me. Generally that is most armed people's response in the server. But to get warned for lying to staff and bribery? Things that never happened? I would just like to say, I've had to report this dude to admin several times. It got bad enough where I switched from PD to assassin and started taking off with all the people he arrested as he was arresting them for no reason. He would also run up to random cars, battering ram the driver out, then run away. He did that to me twice.

Kinda late with it but Hi! I am Anarchy. I only recently discovered PoliceRP and was lucky enough to find this community first. I rather enjoy it, especially if you run into someone who actually enjoys the passive RP and isn't just instantly arresting you or trying to kill you. I am 29 years old(yup), live in Indianapolis, and work part-time now, so I'm not on as often. I also play a lot of SCPRP elsewhere so I try to divide my time between here and there, depending on what I feel like doing at the time. So, twice now(once was abuse as I did have my gun out) I have gotten dragged out of store robberies by mods claiming that not having my gun out the entire time was against MOTD/FailRP/Copbaiting. This last time just now, even though the officers were all saying 'No it's not copbait.' I've fought against many mods/admins/superadmins, as a criminal, during my robberies and none have had issues with the way I do things. If this is actually against MOTD, it needs to BE in MOTD. I'm getting tired of getting dragged out of robberies with someone yelling that it's an unwritten rule. I'm not the only one that sometimes does robberies this way either. I even got threatened with being minged on this last one by Stride. Can we get this added if it is a true rule?
