why cant other people vote for a new COL as well? not just state would be affected by a new Colonel, people who want to join would want some input, people who work with state would want some input, etc. Also, im pretty sure Snar & SMT would decide a new State Col.

you wont and dont have power over PD as a custom class, if you do this you will be given a punishment by PD high command.

What you want to see? - I would like to see the addons below of all the new PD skins added to the server as well as the addition of a new Command Rank - Police Commander. Why should we add it? - A lot of people have been wanting these skins and high command has come up with the new vehicle layout that would fit these. we also see the need for a new rank to increase the amount of available command and to keep people interested in PD. What are the advantages of having this? - This would increase the interest in staying in PD and progressing further for new vehicles and new ranks.
