For everyone, this is what he meant. There was a Bank Raid and PD went in. There was another person inside SRT Base so he then went ahead and killed him for being inside the base. That person then called staff claiming RDM. (He was SRT at the moment he killed the person for being inside. I got this from his name) @DDG Morty Please review your post before making them as it took me at least 5 tries to try to figure out what you meant and as it is I am still unsure. I would like to hear @Joe Mama 's side of the story. For all, I know you could just be saying this happened at SRT base when it happened somewhere else. Also, what does the Bank raid have anything to do with this? As of right now due to lack of grammar, effort and evidence, I will have to -Support this until further evidence is shown.

@Ramen Rug Soup csgolive.com aka Semi James. Thank you for taking you for taking the time and effort and expressing as to how you feel about my actions as a staff member. You have said your side of the story now please allow me to say mine. Earlier this afternoon I found a bit of time to come on and do some staff on duty when I get a call for a false raid. I take the call and go to it to find Mr. James yelling and saying that the "raid" was false. I then ask what was going on and all 3 of them started to talk at once, I then decided to just tell them to be quiet for a minute and let them talk one by one. As the SRT member is talking Mr. James keeps cutting in and talking over him making me have to !gag him. I do so and let the SRT member talk. After the SRT member was done I get the FBI's side of the story and then I get Mr. Jame's side of the story. Once all sides were given I made my judgement and decided that the raid was not false therefore the arrest is valid and RP must go on. Mr. James not happy with my decision making calls for a higher up. I was the highest member on duty at the time as you can see on the video and I tell him so but he still wants someone else. After calling for a higher up Mr. @Armysecret comes in and Mr. James very rudely tells him that he asked for someone higher than him. I then bring him to a roof without having to do so and ask for another staff member higher than me to come on and talk to him. As none came I went to @Rhenic and asked for his assistance. Rhenic comes and again while I try to explain Mr. James cuts me off and does not let me talk. After giving him a second to relax I explain everything to Rhenic and he agrees that the raid is not false. Rhenic then goes to continue RP. I then at that point return both the FBI Agent and Mr. James back to RP. After doing so Mr. James does not want to comply with the FBI member and keeps on wanting a higher up. I tell him to comply with the FBI member but he does not listen. At that point, I had it with the mingery so I decided to warn him for Failure to comply with both PD and Staff. I then TP them to the jail and let the FBI member put him in. I also used my powers to get him in the cell. After I was done he claimed that he would make a report on me on the forums. A few minutes later after posting the report he then sends me a PM in the game saying "good luck ? Completely agree and is what I said earlier. There is a difference between doing something for fun (all of PolicePR staff) and doing something for money.

Ok, I like to follow the rules to the book but sometimes you have to put the book down and look at the case. He got a gig and was getting paid for it. Someone told him that they would pay for him to develop. At the point it is no longer a game it becomes a job with a responsibility. I understand that he took Staff on another community by doing so but when money comes into play then everything changes, Money moves the world and I don't see why he would get a 6 month restriction just for taking a gig and getting some cash to put some food on the table or buy himself whatever he needs. If he did it just because he wanted to and just to become staff there and leave us then the restriction would make sense but I doubt anyone here would turn down getting paid to do something that you know how to do and you enjoy. + Support (even tho I think this will get denied)

Yea that's gone now... I have to agree with it. When it comes to a point that you get 5 reports on donor mod a week then a change needs to be made. SMT did as they felt it would benefit us all ?

All doe your attitude could have been better. You have him the idea for the shackles thing and you agitated the situation rather than trying to calm him down. He still broke the rules and did not follow you into the car how he is supposed to so for that I give it a +Support

It should tell you who did it (when it is hidden) now it's to late but when it is hidden it should tell you name, time and a reason if they put why. Kind of like an edit.

What channel content you heard only a split second then it got muted... The evidence is unlawful? what? Please do not call for something to be hidden if you are not SMT Team or a Forum Diplomat. Few things: 1. Same Family so idk why he is stealing from you. 2. This is to be dealt with in RP. Grab an AWP and shoot him in the face. 3. Using your powers to stop a raid is no bueno. 4. That looks like more than 5 1 way prop but I am not sure. As for the report it'self I would like to see the video that Kuno claimed to have for me to be able to give a + or -

I meant it as a layout, not as actual rule suggestions people would scroll down and see the date of the change and see if they are up to date or not. It is unrealistic to expect for everyone to read the MOTD every single time expecting changes to be there. Even staff should not be expected to read that every single day.

I mean it's a good idea but if someone has gone on a killing spree I think it would be hard to get them in cuffs unless you tazer rush them and that is against the rules. They will most likely shoot at the cop and end up dying.

Gotta love how people take his side just because he said so. - Support There is no evidence proving that you did not leave purposely. Show crash logs and more evidence. Show the other staff you called for them to take you back to the jail. For now - support
