-Support It would kill he fun. The person getting hit would just go hide somewhere or put his gun in his inventory to not lose anything. (Next time you sneak out the house yell out "LEAVING") it's the same theory different situation.

- Support Staff is not an RP job it actually has everything to do out of RP. When someone applied for staff they are doing so because they want to help the community not to get a paycheck in-game

Already a suggestion. ? all doe... if they only add Radar in the cars but not a "Radar Gun" then this could be valid in the future.

-/+ Support Not because of the commanding reason but because that way the cadets will be stuck down there and would not go around minging. I'd say put a cell down there and make them spawn in it that way they are in one place waiting a trainer's arrival. ^ Could get boring and they might leave if a trainer doesn't come to them fast. Makes it harder for the trainers to reach them. Comand can spawn the cars in there but if that's the spawn they can't park and vice-versa so it defeats the purpose that he was talking about.

- Support. The TS is already a mess as it is. When I first came in I had no idea what was going on. There are other things such as Discord or even another TS Private server to go to and talk there. - Support As it is right now we lag a lot and I mean A LOT. Adding a fire script will only make it worst. Also, this is an "RP server" but let's be real... people don't RP to that extent. EMS has a hard time as it is let alone Fire. Could be nice if the server get's revamped with fewer mods (less lag) and stricter rules on RP. Apart from that, that's a - 1

I know this sounds cheesy but it is true. I have been a part of GamingLight for a while now and even if my forum activity lacks a bit I have what the amazing administration team of this community is capable of doing. (had a very good friend of mine help me better express my feeling in words format) How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? In order to be able to deal with people, one has to understand them first to a certain point. When someone is teleported into a sit they are angry and furious because they know they are in trouble and that they have done something wrong therefore their human instinct is to become defensive/aggressive and try to defend themselves while attacking you, in this case, cursing at you. The best thing one can do is simply sit back and let them calm down a little let them go on and wait for them to finish and clear their system. Afterwards, just simply in a calm voice talk to them and pause if they cut you off to talk over you. Just calmly talk to them and explain why they are there and what have they done wrong. Afterwards just do what you have to do and talk to them as peaceful and as professional you can. Note: I always record 90% of the time. Any punishment that I give will be backed up via video & audio.
