Then you go on to state that he "backed up a fee feet" when he didn't he did the opposite. He went towards the officer. Making him go from the side of ghetto all the way to the line of hospital. Then you state he only has 6 warnings and that he shouldn't get warned. As a Moderator you should more than well know that the amount of warnings someone has does bot affect anything. I am personally very dissapointed in the way you broke down this situation. I don't want to be rude or anything but you set an example of our staff team. Making blaint arguments without looking into the evidence just only goes to show... Now you are just reaching... You are allowed to record but not upload. If it os for a report or something you can upload that small clip as evidence. This has nothing to do with the report.

How is running towards an officer while at gunpoint and after being told to put your hands up not fearRP. From second 0:05 - 1:15 that is 1 minute and 10 seconds of being told to put his hands up. He told him 16 different time to drop the gun and put his hands up. At second 1:00 he tells him at gunpoint "do not come closer to me" what does durmax do for the next 5 seconds? Go towards the officer. This is blain FearRP I fail to see how others think otherwise

Honestly all replys to this are biast in my opinion. Everyone quoting everyone without actually looking at the video. Love how 3 people decided to quote each other rather than look at the evidence and see he clearly had a gun out. The SC I took you can see Durmax holding a gun. So yes there was a reason to put him under FearRP. IRL this would have gone exactly this way until durmax started to gk towards the officer. Knowing he was armed durmax would have gotten shot the moment he started to make weird movements. Go try this shit irl and see how it goes. You won't live to prove me wrong. few things. 1. Use the format. 2. This is for Serious RP servers not Semi. 3. Dispatch needs to be on 24/7 for this to kind of work. 4. People need to listen to dispatch, as we know they are not too good at that. 5. It would be annoying to get all PD members on it. 6. It would be VERY ANNOYING to get all civs in it. 7. Civs also have to do it for it to work otherwise it is pointless as you can't look up people. 8. Not everyone would use it, making it a pain. 9. @PhenixBoy300 If you want to use the "real life" aspect then we should remove money printer. Make bitminers hard to do as he'll as well with a high % of loosing you $ and make weed super cheap. This suggestion is based on our current economy. The way that it is and how people get money not about how it is irl. Also stop with the new player excuses, part of this is to stop them from buying a gun and just shooting up everyone. A new player starts with a decent amount of $ and they can do those options to get 20k 3 times so thay got plenty of money to buy a gun and when they see they need more they will start basing and Mining. Maybe even selling guns as a gun dealer or become a cop and find out they like it and go up the ranks. People are mad because they don't want to work for anything all you all want to do is go around shooting everyone. Think about RP we are a RP server you know, not a cops vs robbers server. This money price isn't to fit the realism standard but our own. The economy RN is massed up and people don't even base anymore. It is just shootout after shootout.

People won't just leave because they have to farm. They will base now and then to get money, they will buy guns and just be more careful to when they pull it out. This is the point of making them more expensive. So people have something to lose when they die. When you die right now you lose what? 1k max, Making it more expensive when you die and lose that gun you lose the 40k it cost you ex.. That would make you think twice. Negotiations to be able to get out alive would be much much better, people won't just pull a gun out when there are 4 swat next to them they will think twice. As staff you guys should know we have a problem with this rn. This is a way to fix it. If you really care for the server you would stick around and maybe farm 1 day out of the week and do some RP instead of running around gunning down everyone. Also, people basing and making $ will allow for raids on player vs player to happen. I never see anyone with a base anymore, if I go criminal it is impossible to raid another criminal now because the economy is set to s point that no one needs to base anymore. All they do is shoot the cops. This makes people want to make good bases to make money and defend themselves from PD and players as well.
