You wanna increase activity by promoting something that doesn't promote RP? That makes no sense. More people will just get on Dclass to make money instead of playing on a RP job if this gets put in place. The only benefit to this suggestion is being able to take advantage that there are not enough people to stop you from mining on surface and getting more money by doing so.

Why do you want to be a Vice Commander of this branch? I want to be the Vice Marshall of the Starfighter Corps for multiple reasons. For starters, I love SF with all of my heart. Without SF I don't know where I would've ended up in the server. I have made many friends in this regiment and it is the first one I have reached NCO and Officer in. I joined SF for the first time in August, 8th of 2020. I'm not going to go into details but ever since then I have prioritized Starfighters over my other life's, and even left other life's so I could focus on SF. I believe that SF has a ton of room to improve and I want the chance to help them, working next to Mike and Jabronie. I just want SF to be the way it used to be whenever everyone was kind and respectful to everyone else. How much game time do you have on the server? I have 11 weeks in the server What is the Main Purpose of a Vice Commander for a branch? There are multiple purposes for a Vice Commander. Some of them being... • Leading the battalion. • Ensuring everything runs smoothly. • Assist the Commander. • Be a good example for the rest of the battalion. • Updating Roster Personally, I believe the most important purpose is being a good example for the battalion. Enlisted look up to NCOs, NCOs look up to Officers, and Officers look up to the command team. We all do this because we want to be like them so we can someday reach that point in our battalion. If the Vice Commander or Commander acts poorly or makes bad decisions, that may rub off on officers who then thinks it's ok to do that. Once the command team starts slacking the whole battalion slacks. Another good example to mention from the list is Being a leader. Leading the battalion is a big task and takes a lot of willpower. Leading the battalion well can result in everyone believing that said regiment is very good and responsible, overall adding to the respect for the battalion and everyone in it. Why should we trust you to be a Vice Commander? : I should be trusted to become a Vice Marshall because of my experience. I have been Vice Marshall once, before leaving due to past events. This time I'm ready to take the title and keep it. I believe I have gained the trust of many members of SF and I believe most of them could back me up that I am trustworthy. I am trying my best to be a good officer in SF while balancing that with my personal life. (100+ WORDS): I believe I should be permitted to join the Security Juggernaut Sub-Branch because of my proficiency and natural affinity to large weaponry and heavy armor giving me a type of natural skill with juggernaut style classes and roles in the past that I have sharpened to make me a near unstoppable wall once I get inside anything that equates to a Kevlar mech suit with a mag larger than 50 rounds. Along with this trained skill in juggernaut weapons and armor and all their limitations I have also spent a long time as a squad leader in other RP servers while using juggernaut like roles allowing me to learn the truest power of the Kevlar mech when mixed with a well coordinated team turning one unbreakable wall into a squad of unbearable pain for the enemy. Why or why not?: No, being in a sub-branch usually doesn't give any rank authority change unless you rank up inside of said sub-branch and gain additional permissions from that secondary rank.

Ages ago, I remember selecting you as a Ground Command for an event, which I believe was your first time being GC. It was always the thing amongst High Command that having a typer GCs usually don't go the best, or have difficulties in communication or keeping everyone together (so imagine my reaction when I learned you were a typer!). You did well in dissuading my concerns, performing well as a GC in keeping people in line. After some time you climbed up the ranks and become a VCMDR. In your time there, you maintained good activity and were never under review by the HC of the time. After leaving Shock on a good note, you continued to perform well in RG, and since this return to Shock you have once again done extremely well. Continuing surpassing expectations. It has been noticed by many, and I pray AHC has noticed as well and select you for this position.

Scrubby was a pleasure to play with in Havoc and a pleasure to interact with now. He has a stable activity and a good attitude in-game which is so important in Shock, as it makes him approachable when issues arise with abuse of power, etc. which is something that is unavoidable in police jobs in GMOD. +Support This individual, though I have been gone for a while has caught my eye on various occasions. From doing well in the regimental PvP tournament, to the dedication on attendance and quota for the regiment. I have heard good things concerning this individuals attitude, adaptability, and personality. I think this current SN04, would make a great addition to TI-23 as our Medic. Seems to have an interest in an aspect of the role's duties, and understands the teamwork needed to fit the role properly. I was a GM Tick 7 before my resign 6 months ago. Give a brief example of an on-ship event, as well as an example of an off-ship event: An ISB agent comes out of hyper space to deliver supplies to the personnel of the ISD. The ISB explains to the highest ranking officer that it is a supply run. The ISB calls out to all battalions for them to pick up their supplies from the MHB. Once all is said and done the ISB says their farwells and departs from the ISD. An ISB agent urgently comes out of hyperspace with a damaged ship after being attacked by a rebel fleet located in the Moddell Sector (Endor's Location). Gives off what information they have to the naval that is in MHB (Which includes the location of the rebel base on Endor). The ISB agent will call everyone to MHB for a mission briefing and choose a ground command for the mission. Once said and done the troops will deploy to the rebel base on endor. Once the rebel base is taken out. Trooper will report back to the ISD for a after action report. Once debrief is over the ISB will depart from the ISD. I support this application, here are my reasons... I've never been a park of Shock but I have witnessed Kat's leadership within it - their battalion has support & respect for Kat He's dedicated & active They give great moral support to the GL community They know exactly what's expected of them & I doubt there's a person here who will doubt they won't excel at the position Considering their past and their successes one can only expect better in the future!

-Support Making this change will just encourage Medical to hop on less, as they won't have as much people coming to them. Use the classes you already have access to. There are a lot more now than ever before!

-Support Take this how you will, You barely talk in your Channels, And I dont see you communicating with your Men / Women either, You haven't pushed a Flag up in 2 Months aswell. --> Which you should know as a Commander it is very important to be pushing flag ups and motivating people to get on the server. You were asked to give tags to someone and you said "I cant because I dont have the Regimental Commander tag, and I dont wanna talk to High Command or go up CoC because I might get yelled at and Striked" (This was during your Iden term) Your afraid to make moves, even though as a Commander you should be regularly asking High Command questions and seeking guidance when needed. As High Command you need to be able to talk to people regularly and deal with there problems and manage multiple battalions efficiently and to the point to where they can function with just a Officer Core, this unfortunately is something I cant see happening with you YET. You didn't even hit Quota in April I dont know why you dont have any Strikes.. since to appeal "The failure to meet quota" you would need to hit quota this month. You actually had a Max of 2 Strikes that have since been APPEALED. Furthermore I dont believe that someone who almost got removed as a Commander / Vice Commander should be given such position that is very Important to the future and Structure of the Naval Sector. From looking at your Battlemetrics, You only had 13 Hours in a whole week, Which I guess you can call that Decent but on some days you had 1 hour, others 2 and one day you had 4. You only had 65 Hours in a whole month, which is 2.7 days on the Server. Which I mean its ok, but if you took a LOA during this and that's if you took a Extensive one you should have came back strong and got Quota, or even attempted to get Quota; And strived to be better than the others. Personally I think there are others that are more deserving of this position currently, and I dont see you fit to hold such a High rank at all. Once again this is my personal Opinion. --UPDATE-- You have done 1 SIM and its been a whole week. You havent Updated roster in a WHOLE MONTH

Use the classes that you have. You have so many at your disposal. So much sacrifice and compromise have been made by Medical and none of the branches give back by actually giving Medical the light of day.
