I know my whole resigning shit only occurred like less than a month ago and shit but genuinely been bored out of my mind, you've prolly seen me on the PoliceRP server like daily for a little bit. While I'm not gonna be touching staff or anything related to that to avoid any stress on myself, gonna be hanging out again until I master the art of "touching grass".

  4. Post name: Global Time to Kill Nerf What are you suggesting? - Removing the negative multiplier on damage for all weapons. (Bring back old TTK) How would this change better the server? - It would improve the current status that combat is in at the moment. For me and many others combat on this server is boring, bland, and just outright annoying. Currently people crouch and jump spam while shooting at their targets, not taking cover unless they are at very low HP, and has no tactical input other than head glitching on rooftops and barricades. Even ambushes with mass amounts of people are ineffective unless you have ~10 people. Within the past 6 months Snipers, LMGs, and DMRs were buffed and showed improvement, however shortly after were nerfed because other classes could not compete. As of right now it takes 2-3 mags to consistently kill regular combative classes in combat. With removing the negative damage multiplier it would "bring back" the old TTK that we used to have and would make the server be more tactical oriented, rather than crouch and jump spamming until the target is dead. I think it would bring back the spice in combat that we have been missing for a very very very long time and would make combat much more enjoyable. Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - Lower HP jobs like D-Class and some classes in GENSEC would be put at a disadvantage at first, however with proper planning and placement can easily terminate higher HP classes. Who would this change mostly benefit? - This change would benefit all of combative classes. In the old clips you can see that proper placement and tactical input can make a whole difference whether you survive or die. Even when outnumbered on a basic combative class, it is possible to win an uneven fight. Point is I think we should bring back the old TTK as it was much more enjoyable than the current meta and is much more entertaining.

(In Game Name): Commander Iden Versio IF1 Why do you want to become the position of Fleet Admiral?: In Being with the Imperial RP community for a long time I've seen many changes. I've had many different leaders and command members above me. Many of them were great. I would love to have the chance and the overall privilege to work alongside our Naval High Command. From all of the variant jobs I've had within our community I feel that I can still grow to be greater than I already am. I can grow into something worth more than just regimental command. Using my skills and my knowledge of being a leader, a teacher, a mentor, and a guide for most. It has still been a great honor for the community to help move me up to the spot I am today so I can show my overall skill on being a regimental commander. Everything will always have a challenge and will be trivial at first, but with the acquisition needed for the job, I feel in my heart I can perform my duties for our Naval Regiments and High Command at the highest of priority and at the most of my potential. There have been many times where I've gotten cold feet, where I've had a level of fear for a position with great responsibility. But this time, I'm ready. I am ready for a great change, a chance to move forward into an unknown territory with the tools and knowledge I have to harness and adapt to it. I have always enjoyed a challenge. This is one I've been ready for a long time. What is the biggest thing you would bring to Navy High Command?: I would bring my knowledge and understanding of running a battalion to the table. Experience is one thing that is most needed in situations such as this and I know whole heartedly that I can perform and give my ideas to Naval High Command with full potential. I want to share and perform my duties in a way so all Naval battalions have a fair and equal time playing within our community without misguidance and discomfort. Instead of ruling with an iron fist, to put the people of our community first and foremost. With them I wouldn't be in my spot, I have learned many from my colleagues and subordinates. I would more than enjoy and be thrilled to share and pass that knowledge up through our ranks so we can establish a mostly flawless leadership with caring, giving, and equally fair playing leaders within the Naval High Command team. I will give my kindness, my passion, and my sheer drive and passion to steer the Imperial RP community towards greatness. To help maintain productivity, motivation, and to give our regimental fleet a drive and passion to grow within their ranks as well. To make sure they always have hope, to never feel stuck or unwanted. To make sure our battalions can get what they need to keep productivity at its max potential and to always expect new and improved ideas from our regimental commanders throughout our Naval fleet. I will make sure our regimental commanders our staying motivated and are being fair and equally giving to their battalions. To stay on track with making sure battalion suggestions, document changes, Transfers, and senior officers promotions are carried out swiftly and intelligently. What is the purpose of a Fleet Admiral?: The purpose of a Fleet Admiral is to be seen as someone everyone can trust and can go to for anything they may need help and guidance with. Any new idea regimental command wants to bring to the table, any discrepancies or basics needs questions they can ask without hesitation or fear. A fleet Admiral guides a team or individual to achieve a certain goal through direction and motivation. To encourage others to take the actions they need to succeed. To be a great leader, it is necessary to learn and cultivate the skills it takes to be effective. Being in that position, the individual needs to have the skills and the drive to carry their Naval team to greatness and sustainability. Why should we trust you to be Navy High Command?: I have been with the Imperial RP community since January 26th, 2021. I have been in multiple positions within command that have great responsibilities and duties with a strong level of trust. I have performed them at the best of my abilities. I have been trusted in running a battalion of many individuals. I have been trusted in making sure I am always being fair, being unbiased, understanding and cooperative to everyone I have worked alongside. Trust is a belief in a probability that a person will behave in certain ways. A mental attitude toward a proposition that someone is dependable. I have been trusted by many, from my Agents in my own battalion and from all the way up to Senior High Command. That trust will always stay constant and unwaivered. How often can you be active in-game?: I can be active between 12 to 15 hours a week. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?): I have had no warnings since I've joined the community.

  11. Grammar/Typography 9/10 No major mistakes in grammar, however use of pronouns would be useful. To be more specific, the repeated use of "SCP-049" could've been nullified by use of "he", "him", or "his". Presentation 10/10 The format was wonderful and it appears you put some real effort into making it look nice. Writing 7/10 Good job on the writing portion. However, a longer analysis and conclusion would've made this a lot better. Overall 26/30 (87%) Good job! Since you have gotten above an 80% you can use this on an RFA application!

  13. Taking all of these into consideration, I've revised my suggestion. Specifically I've increased this timer to 15 minutes and noted that Branch HCMD should be able to pick which jobs they don't want people AFKing on to have this auto-demote feature. Additionally, I've made it so that trainee jobs should also be exempt from being auto-demoted. Thanks for the support!

  23. I can't say for foundation but for Chaos Bios were literal gods back in the day. Military relied on Bios because they could give health AND armor which is very useful when everyone can get killed with half a mag. If anything I see it as more of an opportunity for noncombatants to engage with combative branches as they will be more useful and vital in combat.

Its not like Call of duty xbox racism its just chill vibes. We should be able to vibe out in the corner of d block without a song having like 50 pauses in it

  26. +support and every reply that says "don't play it" or "find a clean version", you know damn well it doesn't feel the same when there's 30 pauses in a sentence. Rap music has so much of it that it's in every song, and that genre is part of our culture and what I and others grew up with and still listen too. it's just music and literally can't hurt anyone, this rule can only help.

  28. Sadly, I have decided to resign from my position of Medical Commander. It has almost been a year since I first joined this server as well as joining Medical Corps and it's very sad that I have to go but I hope I can come back one day and be active. I will not be leaving the server I am just resigning from the rank of Commander as do not have enough time on my hands to be an active Command Member. The cause for is that I have a lot of personal events and issues going on that will cause me to lose a lot of my activity. Just a couple friends I want to say thank you to. Hex, Razer, Fail, Bub - Thank you all so much for helping out medical as Vice Commanders in rough times and help keeping it afloat Hex - You're one of friendliest people and up going people I have ever met, never put yourself down you always do your best.
