First off, I want to let you all know that I'm going to be a little bit sappy in this post, as in a way SCP-RP has been my "baby" for a very long time now, and it brings a massive smile to my face knowing just how much we've grown. If you paid attention to that last sentence, you'll notice that I said "we've grown". By that I mean that every single one of you that plays on SCP-RP has helped our server grow into one of the top Garry's Mod servers in the world. Just saying that phrase seems surreal to me, "top Garry's Mod servers in the world". It's hard to gain perspective on it, as most of the time it's easy to just see the numbers as numbers, but reminding yourself that there are hundreds of people that play on this server every single day because they choose to spend their free time playing on and enjoying the environment that we have built. By no means was the road short, but as with life, nothing that's worth it ever comes easy. As of the writing of this post. we are sitting at rank #5 on Gametracker, and if you look at Battlemetrics, we're rank #3. It may be hard to quantify this achievement for some of you, but it's an absolutely amazing achievement. In Gaminglight's 7-8 year history, the highest rank a server has ever achieved was rank #7, and not only have we as a community broke that record, but in my book we smashed it. Getting a server to this high of rank is no easy feat. Now here's the part where I'm going to get a bit sappy. I have been working on this server for almost two years at this point, since before it was launched. Even after the lacunh, SCP-RP struggled to pick up traction. At the time there was massive SCP-RP communities ahead of us, that always pulled in larger numbers than we did. There was a point where SCP-RP was basically dead, and got little to no players a day. I can't express enough how proud and how excited I am to share this achievement with the members of this community. There's an incredible amount of work that goes into the server, from a wide group of people, and it would be impossible for me to thank every single one of you that contributes and goes the extra mile to help the server, but just know that you are appreciated, and it is noticed. From the SMT I work with every single day, to our Staff Team, to our Site Administration members, to our High Command members, to our Low Command members, to our NCO's, to our Enlisted. Every one of you that goes the extra mile, or even just plays on the server every single day. We appreciate you. While we are at rank 5, it is not in my nature to settle for anything except for excellence, and to always strive for more. When I first joined, I thought that the battalion was lacking enlisted and drive; but since, I have seen great activity and want to become someone that the enlisted and NCO's feel like they can come to; when they need help or have questions. Along with this, I would like to be able to promote the PVT's that I see actually participating in events; when there are no Officer's on to do a debrief. Overall, I feel like I am ready to become an Officer, and I am ready to embrace a bigger role in this amazing battalion that I cannot help but love. 7.What Timezone are you?: EST 8.How well do you command this Regiment?: I would like to say I do a good job of leading the enlisted, and I make it a focal point to sweep the ship for any PVT's that may be lost, or confused on what to do. With this, I also make sure to put people into patrol groups when there are no officers on, and have found myself doing some officer tasks; as they are simply apart of the job. If someone needs any help, regarding their rank and callsign; or even with fixing gmod, I try to be there so that they can get back to playing. 9.What makes you stand out from other applicants?: I think what makes me stand out from other applicants is the effort and commitment that I have shown to the battalion. I try to get on multiple times a day, through different events to ensure that all the stormtroopers efforts are seen; and I enjoy keeping tabs on enlisted that I have recommended for promotion. Along with this, I feel like the approach that I use on the job is what stand out from the rest. Massive -Support Currently, Self Breaches actually Encourages Maintenance to get on, as it makes it so that people want Maintenance to be active so SCPs aren't breaching every 10 minutes, Doing this will make everyone complain when Maintenance gets on, and at the same time make SCPs start yelling at maintenance to get on just to do a thing. As well as making branch relations bad by making MTF's lives hell when a maintenance gets on. Basically, doing this would not be a good idea at all.

What do you want to see? - I would like CC to no longer have access to bacta injector and stim shots Why should we add it? - you should remove it because it is one of the things that give medical another use, we are running around attempting to give ammo and stims but CC already distribute them and it removes the purpose of medical besides RP What are the advantages of having this? - Some advantages are medical will be more useful in combat scenarios and around the ship. removing it will draw more attention to medical and help our battalion increase in popularity Who is it mainly for? - all of medical Links to any content - n/a -Medical 1LT Bacon
