(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank of Super Admin because I have an extraordinarily long time with the staff team, and I know how to staff at my best. I have been Senior Admin for around 7 months (at the time of writing), and I know how to use all staff powers to the best of my ability and deal with any issue presented to me with efficiency at my best effort. I have spent a long time with everyone on SCP-RP, and I’ve had my ups and downs. Through everything, I have constantly strived to be the best person and staff I can be, asking constantly how I can improve myself, what I need to work on, and how I’ve been doing overall. For the past 15+ months as staff, I have strived to help others to the best of my ability and achieving Superadmin would greatly increase that. I have worked to better improve the server, by constantly suggesting new things, and creating the rules and formatting for, what is today, self breaching. I also provided many helpful suggestions for our new map for the server that has worked out wonderfully. Even as a Senior Admin, I try to help other staff members to the best of my ability, and help deal with staff members who aren’t doing their job to the best of their ability. I have made sure to be active on and off duty as a staff member, ensuring that sits are dealt with accordingly. I am a part of the support and discord moderation teams, as Support III and Discord Moderator. I would love to join the JMT team to greatly help with other staff members and any future SCPRP endeavors. Overall, I hop on daily (with a few breaks here and there), I know what I’m doing as a staff member, I am well known and have been one of the longest-lasting staff members on the server. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would handle a MRDM sit swiftly and professionally by bringing them to a staff room, and looking through logs and ensuring that there’s evidence against the player. I would then explain to them what they did wrong. If they were cussing to me, I would mute them, and proceed warn them for MRDM, and ban them for however long necessary. When a player is blatantly being toxic/ignorant, it’s much easier to quickly warn and ban them then to engage them and possibly make things worse. Please pick and answer one of the questions only if applying for Senior Moderator. If applying for Admin pick two and answer them. If applying for Senior Admin you must answer all three. Answering more than the required amount of questions for the rank you are applying for will result in your application being denied. Q1: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? I would ensure that the sits required all 5 players, and if it didn't, I would remove any unnecessary players from the sit and ensure that they calm down and help reason the issue out. If they continue to be toxic, I would gag/freeze them. To deal with the sit in its entirety, I would make sure that all players have had their issues thoroughly looked through, and dealt with the needed punishments, such as warns or bans for any players breaking the rules. If no rules were broken, I'd make sure to tell everyone what the situation has ended up to, and to tell them to make sure it doesn't happen again. Q2: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? If a player clearly does not care about the punishments they have received/are receiving, I would simply ban them for however long is needed. If they continue to disregard rules, they may have a much longer ban afterward. In my opinion, there's no point in trying to deal with someone who just doesn't care. Q3: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? [I am going to answer this question as if there was proof for the wrongdoings.] If there is a player abusing a known bug (with proof) I would bring them to a staff room and tell them what they did wrong. When they tell me that they follow all server rules, I would inform them (and provide) the proof I have against the individual. I would then warn them for Exploiting, and Lying to staff, and hand out a 300-600 second jail (or ban, depending on how severe the exploit was). PS: I thank you for reading through this application!

The Medical Surgeon model is, in my opinion, in need of an update; it currently is identical to Medical Troopers in appearance, making it hard to denote ranks between a Medical TRN and a CSM without getting close enough to inspect the trooper's name, which is inefficient and potentially dangerous whilst on the field. All I'm proposing is restoring the SGT model back to what it was previously with a model that already exists on the server, I have never really found out why it was changed in the first place. (150 Word Minimum) I believe that I deserve to be a trial moderator for a few reasons. For one, I can be very mature when dealing with people and can deal with people minging appropriately. Secondly, I will be very active on staff, I will be able to staff early in the morning when not many players are on the server and late at night when a lot of minging happens. Thirdly I have good judgment on situations and I will use that skill to determine the outcomes of certain situations in a sit. Lastly, I have been in the community long enough and have been surrounded by people who are high in the staff ranks and have learned from them. I am kind and believe I am a respected member of the community. I had recently taken a break from the server and came back after a month or two and am looking to make a bigger impact in the community. I want to be able to enforce the rules of the server and make the community a better place. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First off I would bring them to the roof of a building away from everyone so no one else can yell or interfere through speaking proximity chat. I would check player logs to confirm this person was actually RDMing.Then I would ask them why they are RDMing. If I cannot get a response without them cursing at me, I would use my !gag <player> command on them and give them the opportunity to type in proximity chat. If this only results in more swearing I would use my !mute <player> command to stop them from typing in chat. If the player continues to shoot their gun I would use me !strip command to stop that. If there is a SNR Moderator or admin on I would contact them. If neither are on I would follow the chain of command and contact a SNR Admin+. Once they arrive I would inform them of the situation. I would issue a standard warning and decide whether they should be banned or be directed again to the MOTD.

I could understand if you were on CI Heavy and weren't in the branch and didn't know their rules, but you knew bright as day what CI's raid rules are. You could add 1 of those ideas (preferably no. 2) if its too much, but currently there is zero reason to even consider buying a computer. and yeah, rules have to be added, but its not the difficult for Zeeptin to just make a section about it in rules. and yes there is? there are only 2 options of collecting money (consistently and efficently), those being money printers and bitcoin miners (forgive me if im not listing something). and by links do you mean images of what it'd look like? ill try creating concepts and whatnot in written form but i mean. ^^^^^^^'

What you want to see? - I want to see a new D class Golden job. I have several options of what that D class might be. Option A - D Class Bowmen: A D class who either has 100, 125 or 150 HP. His swep is that have a bow and a pipe which are both from NMRIH sweps. His arrows are projectile base so it can't be shot threw the fence thus forcing him to cross the fence to attack the guards or shoot threw the fence doors. As to how he can get more ammo I don't know yet. Maybe he can buy it threw f4 menu. Option B - D Class Heavy: This D class could either have 200, 250, 300, 350 or 400HP. He must atleast have lots of HP to suck up the bullets. This D class swep is a sledge hammer from NMRIH but his downside is that he is much bigger and slower then other D class thus making him easier to hit and run away from. Thats why he must have lots of HP and a strong melee weapon. Option C - D Class Longshot: This D Class managed to make himself a musket. Hes got 100 HP and maybe 25 armor. He also has a sword for a melee. He has a long ranged weapon but its reload is very long he has to act like a sniper. Why should we add it? - I'v noticed that there were no D class jobs for golden. Theres a gap between bronze and diamond in getting new D class jobs. Plus I noticed theres no unique D class that I have seen. Theres just D Class with better melees or D class with guns. No d class that have upsides and downsides to them. By adding this golden donators can finally get a new D class job instead of having to go to diamond for something new and we finally get a balance D class job that is fun to play with and not annoying to play against. What are the advantages of having this? - Adding another job for gold especially a d class job can make more incentive to buy it. Who is it mainly for? - Golden Donators.
