Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): To start this off, I would like to thank all the command members that have given me the opportunity to excel in PD, and given me the chance to become a SM and apply for the rank of LT, as it means a lot to me. I have been a part of TN PD for over a year and a half now, and it has been a pleasure to be a part of. My goal in this department has always been to at least become the rank of LT, and help this department grow and become and better place for all officers. At first, it seemed unfeasible but I now realize anything is possible if you put hard work into it. I was a MSGT for a long time, and I have waited for this moment to be a SM and apply for LT, and im finally ready. I want to become a LT to help this department become a better place for everyone. I also have some ideas on how we could change things up, and improve our tactical skills and IQ. I also want to be able to mentor lower ranks further, and teach them my skills and help the officers become better PD members. Secondly, I have worked long and hard for this and believe that my efforts deserve a reward, and considering how frequent I am willing to train.
