(150 Word Minimum) I believe that I should deserve the rank because I wish to white list the people when finishing train How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would jail them first to stop them from moving around and countiuing rdm'ing and then I would Minge them or advance minge them for max amount of time, if there time is up and they continue to do this, I will ban them for 1 week. You're only applying for the rank to whitelist Police Cadets to Patrol Officer. If you want to be Staff, you should be applying for it to help the community, not to whitelist. Anyways, good luck.
