I also make an effort to interact and give guidance with the men I've been appointed to supervise as I believe a good relationship with the backbone of the PD is beneficial as I want my co-workers to be able to talk to me about anything or any problem they have so we can together come to a solution. When I'm on duty I am mature, serious and out-going, I am not afraid to do the job that nobody else wants to do and don't mind going the extra mile. Being a Sergeant I've had my fair share of responsibilities, however, I feel as though I am ready to be entrusted with the accountability and responsibility that comes with being a member of command. As a former Police Colonel and Super Admin I feel as though I have the necessary traits and mindset for a command position and if given the opportunity I can give you a command member who will treat everyone like they're the commissioner himself and bring new ideas to the table. You will be tested on it: Yes Timezone: EST Why do you believe that you deserve the rank?: I believe I deserve this rank for many reasons including having a long list of experience in this community and server administrating as I was a Super Admin before and am familiar with the server rules and how to handle different situations as well as being observant, being on at odd times, and dealing with immature players . I am on quite often and for long periods of time which would prove beneficial to me being back on the staff team and would be good when there's usually not a lot of staff on. I am calm, composed and most importantly fair when it comes to dealing with trouble makers and stressful situations. If I am accepted onto the staff team again I promise to bring a can-do attitude and a helping hand thank you for reading and I will accept you final decision. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: First, give them a chance to act mature if they continue swearing I will gag them then address the situation and contact superior to issue ban.
