I would first try to get the to calm down In a cool manner then if I have to mute there abilities to talk in voice chat then warn them for MRDM time what ever amount and if I’m not sure I would ask my other staff for help if I am not sure about it and if I’m not high enough rank to deal with the situation then I would call on an admin who is . All in all I need to keep a cool and calm composure threw the whole ordeal and if I have to separate my self and the person if I get upset

Have you read the staff guidelines at: I have read the guidelines twice and plan on going over them again to make sure I have them correctly, if I don't understand something I will ask a higher up. (Can be any length) I believe I deserve the Trial Moderator rank because I make sure everyone is following the server rules, regardless of what I am doing on the server. I help out staff with whatever they need help with and report any players that are minging or just breaking the rules. I try to go by the book while I am on the server and I do my best to enforce it by any means I see fit or that is correct. I also love this community for the short time frame I've been with it and I want to help out as much as I can. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first wait for someone to make the report, unless of course I am on the admin job, then when I bring them if they begin to just cuss at me I would ignore them and let them blow up or calm down. Most of the time this happens because someone is upset or has had a bad day. If they continued to cuss instead of raising my voice I would try and warn them verbally that if they do not stop I will have to warn them or grab a senior moderator. If they keep cussing and raising their voice over me I will type in local chat what I was trying to let them know about. If it doesn't work then it will go from a warn to probably a kick or ban, Which in this case I would PM a moderator+ to come to me to help me with the situation further in case I can not somehow settle the person down. At the end of the day rules are rules, they disrespected staff and RDM'ed several people so they would most likely get a kick from either me or the moderator I asked for help. I would keep my cool and continue throughout my day and do the rest of my Staff duties.

I would then Begin by Cloaking and TPing them to me so that I can deal with them in a safe and calm environment so that I can calmly and maturely handle the situation by asking him to please stop cursing at me and if he/she does not I will begin by gagging them so I can do my job to its fullest. If and when they start cursing through chat I will mute them will keeping a calm and professional attitude. I will then give them a warn and go up the CoC to give him a 5 day ban in accordance to the handbook but until that is given i will staff arrest them if I am able and wait until he is given his 5 day ban.

I want to stop that. I believe I can help improve this community and help it advance. Getting ride of the bad and letting the actually Roleplayer's play on the server. To also stop some guy from ruining others people roleplay as well. People get on at different times and I am pretty active. The only times I wouldn't really get on would be if I have school which is gonna take a really big chunk if we go off virtual again. I have been on around for quiet a while. If he starts cursing me in Game Chat I would mute him. I would attempt to get both sides of the story and then check the logs. If the logs showed that he was Mass RDMing I would go through the process of banning. If he didn't then I would un gag/mute him. Tell them the situation that he did nothing wrong and then release them, but if he continues to curse and disrespect us I would punish him for that. I love to learn new things and help out the community the best I can with all that I have. I have never been on a server that has had very good players that get well with each other and also the ability to check the logs. I would work my hardest on becoming the best I could and try to do the best for the community. I have seen a lot of people that I used to know that are now staff members and have gone up the ranks a good amount. I have the urge to get up and be better than them. I would first bring the player up to the top of a roof such as spawn I would strip there weapons and jail them, next I would gag if necessary look at there warns and take the punishment from there.

(Can be any length) I would like to do more in the Gaminglight ImperialRP community and I believe that becoming trial moderator would take me to the next step in doing so.I have been in many sits, and I know how to stay calm when talking to people who don't understand the rules or have broken them. I am currently focusing on being in Shock, where I am a COL and an Overseer of the sub-battalions, currently I am holding the position of STFL until I give it to another person, I was also in IA before getting the Overseer position, where we routinely deal with Shock breaking rules and not doing what they should be.. I believe that where I am in Shock reflects on how I can do in other battalions or as staff, showing the dedication and diligence when on the job. I have also been in SF, making it to Fighter Pilot, Purge, making it to PFC, Medical, making it to PVT, and Naval, only making it to crewman. But over the time I have been in all of those battalions, I have stuck with Shock, showing my dedication for giving punishment for those who do not follow rules. I also feel that as Trial Moderator, I can better deal with those who I arrest, if what they did was nonpunishable by a warn or ban, I could then deal with it on the staff side, which I currently cannot do. If after I brought them they tried to run away, because some do, I would freeze them. If they then start to curse and be disrespectful I would gag/mute them. After this I will calmly explain to them what they did and why it was wrong, I would tell them that they would be getting a warn/ban for Mass RDM and staff disrespect and explain to them that a continuation of the same activity could/would lead to a more severe punishment. I will also dedicate myself 100% to becoming a good staff member. However, I am not that active on the forms but I will change that. I'm working on becoming friends with everyone and helping new people getting them started and helping them get money as well as telling them the rules. The first thing I would do is gag him the second thing I would do if he's abusing chat is mute him then I would then I would call an Admin+ for them to ban or jail him.

Stay calm speak to the offender in a respectful manner and let the offender know that he will be getting a formal warning for admin disrespect and MassRdming and a 5 day ban for MassRDMing

If I were to receive the Sit of a guy Mass RDMing i would bring both of them at this point i would attempt to talk to them both but if one is cussing at me i would jail them and mute/gag them then at that point I would ask the guy which made the sit for proof of the RDM once i got the proof of the RDM i would warn the person for RDM and Staff diss . Then tell him to not do it again then i will leave them in jail for 400 seconds then I will return them and unmute the guy who was cussing and if he was still cussing after the sit i would keep them muted until he stops cussing or leaves the sever.
