How is kidnapping someone not a RP situation, you are literally roleplaying as a criminal kidnapping me? Can you explain to me what is considered a "rp situation" and why kidnapping someone isn't?

Magic clarified that having a hostage is a current RP situation regardless if you are being negotiated for, and Derrick was building the platform so we could be hung from the roof. @Quaked

Derrick is a Senior Admin, has 12 weeks on the server, and already has 24 warnings - 7/8 of which are for FailRP instances. Any extra information: How can a staff member properly do his/her job if they can't even uphold themselves to the very rules they enforce on other players. I understand many players respect Derrick as a staff member and as a player, but this is unacceptable and a punishment needs to be issued. I can understand if he doesn't have any previous warns for FailRP or he has a low amount of warnings but has 24 WARNS with many of them being FailRP.

I dont even think EMS should have a radio to call out crimes to government as they are supposed to be a purely neutral class their only job is to revive people not assist government by giving callouts through radio.

Just a tip, when applying for anything, whether it be a job, or another staff application in the future. Don't leave questions blank, put N/A, or in this case you could just remove the section all together.

+Support Teddy is a very respectable, down to earth staff member. He doesn't power trip or get ahead of himself and he is very fair. I believe he is definitely the best for the admin position out of the current Senior Moderators.

+Support What kind of staff member doesn't allow a player to leave a sit he called. Tonight has been pretty bad with EMS response times, or if they can't even see it all together. Freezing them on a rooftop and disciplining them for making a sit like that is ridiculous, espeically considering how inconsiderate Hammy was that Prada was in the middle of two different trainings, that is if Hammy knew. This also with the fact that Prada was talking to Raze, an admin at the time, and Raze even said not to issue a warning. Hammy should definitely be talked to about this (This response in the assumption that what Prada said was truthful, which I have no reason to not believe what he said.)

Ok Max Holland thank you for explaining this, as of I know I believe the warn may be false as before I thought you needed to come out of cover. I still think you need to come out of undercover though, I dont know exactly.

Solomon said hes doesn't know of any PD High Command undercover SOP so we assumed that they had to follow the same rules as FBI. So what guidelines are you speaking of?
