Also because most people when they see a new project go to the worst it can do and if it's a big enough issue then it's worth bringing up and making a argument for it to not go through. In this case it is pedophilia, which no argument can be made to support it unless 2 things happen. 1. the model doesn't represent a young girl, maybe an older women or idk somethin else to avoid server ERP. 2. Maybe change it to a more custom SCP so mingy researchers or wack people playing on the SCP doesn't correlate it to this SCP. In fact I would find it cooler if it is a server unique SCP, but is still the basis of SCP-053 just you know...not it. Unless those happen I don't No it's because it's a child. I remember when anyone could kill anyone when needed back when technical could yeet D-class and CI with the sledgehammer. I honestly miss those days, espacially after how confusing it is now. But you also have to see how unfair it would be to D-class mostly, to CI it wouldn't really matter, for them to escape D-block and security and meet a guy with a hammer and yeet him across the facility. That's why the shoot if shot at rule is in place, it makes it more fare as some D-class don't mess with with Utility. I do like the DYG thing, I feel that should be in place in general, no matter the branch. *EXAMPLE* Saying a MTF purposely shoots someone's garbage then said Utility member has the power to shoot said member of MTF, as well report it to CMD. Usually, and hopefully, that doesn't happen but I feel this should be a server rule, I would understand it would be hard to enforce unless there is video evidence but it is ruining the branch.

By that logic you CAN'T say that they don't deserve or can't hold thermals, as a CI infil is a threat to security, in which meaning they have every right to deal with that threat. Yes they main goal is to stop D-class and escort research and such, but that is because that is the main threat to the foundation. CI is also a threat to the foundation meaning that they have every right to call thermals if it is needed. That is "security", which by definition is "the quality or state of being secure: such as. a : freedom from danger : safety. b : freedom from fear or anxiety. c : freedom from the prospect of being laid off job security." quoted by the Merriam-Webster dictionary. The main part is freedom from danger, as I said before CI is a threat, danger, so the foundation and security. There is no argument that I've seen that can deny them this fact. Just by saying "of their gensec they aren't that special, they have MTF" is denying this argument. If you wish to skip this part by all means do, if you want to know more about my story and such go ahead and read it but I do recommend looking at the people I’ll mention at the bottom, your name will probably pop up! Well the day has come at last, the day I will leave gaminglight for a while if not forever. It all started over a year ago with me, my 2 best friends glados and land, were bored and were getting into SCP and showed me SCP-RP. Land joined MTF and glados did research. I decided to join Technical as I liked that type of gameplay. I was trained by an engineer by the name of Doggo. I was promoted very fast and got senior technician in a week, mainly mike and beanz were my promoters. I stayed at senior technician for a while until I was PK’d, for a BS reason still, and was demoted back to junior technician. I stayed around for a little while then left for around a month semi-keeping up with SCP. I was going through discord and saw the utility one and decided to pop back in and check everything, beanz was AHOT but besides that nothing changed. I decided to come back and was trained for technical again and got to experienced technician and was there for a little, by this point beanz was DDOU, I’m using him as a timestamp until someone else gets a notable promo. I was bored and someone by the name of Nefario was training for medical and I decided to go for it. I enjoyed it when nothing else was going on as I had 2 monitors and was able to watch netflix while at medbays front desk, it was a simple life. I ranked up at decent speed, with inaccurate promoting and training me for surgeon, which I loved the RP for. I was a Surgeon for a while until a mysterious Spire kidnapped me and AHOT Doggo, he got that sweet promo, for a surgery on a Metal man. We did it and He promoted me to Senior Surgeon, that same day I was banned for 1 week for homophobia. Also during this Blarg was promoted to HOMS over inaccurate and a lovely man of the name Trap Hunter came off reserves to Surgical Manager. Trap Hunter also promoted me to Elite Surgeon which was super pog. Soon after with Inaccurate promoting into command, I was Doctor Jack. With this also came a new server update, the removal and replacement of A1 and the bringing of the 05 Staff. A lot of people joined Medical to get 05 Medic, which I applied for instantly, and with that new people to promote. The person who first trained me for Utility and brought me all of this, Doggo was the first person I promoted in Medical. Next is Beanz getting DoURS which was super pog and than Inaccurate getting DDOU which was also super pog, me and Nefario moved up, him was Field Work Manager and me Fieldm Work Supervisor. Next are some more promotions, Gordon, Creamy, and Colters all got Doctor! Next trap got AHOMS and Smokey moved up to Surgical Manager. With those promotions also came a new rank in Medical, Chief Manager! It was a nice new position and I wanted to be the first. And by some luck I got it. The first Chief Manager in Medical, super pog. Sadly tho our AMAZING DOU for a long time, Cookie, resigned and I was super sad ;-;. But Soon after Inaccurate was moved to DOU! Gordan was promoted to surgical supervisor and creamy was moved to field work supervisor. Also the king of brooms, Cornbread was promoted to HOJ, Borealis to AHOJ, Trap to HOMS and Phill to DDOU! Then the next meeting was the happiest day of my time on gaminglight. Crystal joined the command group. Doggo was promoted to HOT, FINALLY, and with that also came with Inaccurate announcing me as AHOMS! I shed a tier that day. Sadly soon after that Cornbread, the king of brooms, sadly resigned, he was a true legend! Later on the biggest change of ALL TIME happened, joining Technical and Janitorial together to form Maintenance! Doggo was head of maintenance and Borealis was assistant head. It was a weird change and would take time getting used to it. Also soon after Trap Hunter sadly resigned as well, he is again a true legend in Utility and doesn’t get the credit he deserves. With me running the branch I knew I had to start filling up spots. I promoted Nefario to Chief Manager, he deserved it, and Creamey to Field Work Manager, who also just got DHOS! Later on I moved Crystal up to Field Work Supervisor with Zack and Brick moving to Doctor. We also changed things in Medical, one of my Ideas, Medical Research, was accepted as a pass time for surgeons. Later on when Surgical wasn’t doing good we decided to replace Surgical with Medical Research, which means there will always be a little piece of me in Medical. Also Inaccurate got DoRS and Phill was promoted to DOL, the newest site admin rank! It was a weird change but nice one. Infamous also got AHOME which he has been deserving even before I joined the server! Then the day I thought would never happen, Phill promoted me to Head Of Medical, this time I had more than a tear in me eye. The first promo I did as HOMs was promote twix to doctor, which is pog. Ima skip some stuff so I have room for E11, well sadly Nefario left, which I’m sad about till this day, so I/phill moved smokey to AHOMS and Crystal to Chief Manager over gordan who was equally worthy of the position, I lost sleep over that decision. Gordan and zack to Manager and Twix to supervisor. And then of course they moved Phill up to DSD and there was a open slot for DOL, I honestly didn’t think I would get it but when hoovy and catsro announced it I was so happy. I finally made it to site admin, I was put under 2 permanent do not promotes and PK’d once and they still decided to move me up, kinda wacky not gonna lie. But of course I’m gonna talk about E11. E11 was a super fun branch that I joined because of a meme, this was when the jacks were getting labeled as bad people and minges so Giovanni put a DNP on everyone named jack. I thought I had a decent reputation so I wanted to know if other people's bad word effected my own, I hopped on trainee and my trainer was telling me to change my name as he couldn’t train me and Giovanni walked over and said you're the one jack I will allow to be trained. After that me and gio have been chill towards each other and I see him as a friend. I rose through the ranks quickly and was a SGT in around a week or 2, Zeus had to void one of my promotions because I was being promoted so quick. All was well and there were command apps open, I decided to make one and see if I got it or not, I wouldn’t care either way and I got it. I was a WO for 2 or so weeks due to slots being full but I finally became a 2LT, I was promoted fairly quickly to 1LT but stayed there for over 3 months XD. I was hoping to break the Utility 1LT streak, with beanz and phill both leaving at 1LT, I wanted to become a captain just to break that streak, also because I could change my name to Captain Jack. Well I left E11 due to activity and such but I love those boys with all my heart. Well with all of that out of the way I can thank individuals who I have met over my time in gaminglight, there will be a LOT of people so I will do it by branch. Utility Beanz- You were a really fun guy and I’m amazed how quick and far you’ve gotten, I remember when me and you were running from felwinter back before you got command, keep goin my man!!! Hoovy- We have gotten to know each other more over my time here. We really do have to play more games. Your a funny guy and a super fun guy to fuck around with!!! Phill- I love you man, no homo. people seem to use the argument, which is valid but this suggestion is actually helping, is medicals activity. The main reason for this suggestion to help Medicals activity by not having any competition. Currently no one gives a fuck about medical and don't ever go to medbay, this has ALWAYS been an issue with players on the server, new and old. This suggestion is to help create incentive for members of medical to get more active. 1 way of helping both sides of this argument is to have medical supplies removed from armory and moved to a NPC inside both methbays selling supplies there, these supplies will cost MUCH more then the ones currently in place, still allowing people to get medical supplies in-case of a lack of medical members AND will have people go to medbay to get healing from a medical members. This will make it where people will be forced to go to medbay no matter what instead of just forgetting about it. NOTE: The underlined text is the main point I'm making!

+support idk if hearing footsteps would be considered a reason to call thermals. The ONLY reason why I say that is because the only way not to create those sounds is by crouching, just like going up a latter those noises are impossible not to create and would just ruin a lot of people fun. As it won't be hard for anyone to call thermals than. Also it's very obvious he tried to bump into him so yea those are just gimmies.

+support I'm personally against having casinos in LCZ already, I think they should remain in D-block and a area possibly on surface for CI and E11. But in LCZ it just gets annoying as command when you see a lot of enlisted just going there while on their job. Either way this is technically a rule already as if they enter an OOC area to avoid RP that in FailRP BUT to make it more defined wouldn't hurt.

that's specifically for utility CC's, as it would hold a even bigger problem as people would hop on CC's and just give med supplies to literally everyone and medical would be even more ignored.
