Maybe I'm missing it, but to me it just looks like the player was stuck and Mike B used his physgun to get him out, and staff are allowed to use their physgun for that. After looking at it further I am changing to a +Support, although Mike is a good staff member, I think he should be talked to.

I wouldnt be so quick to assume it is just a 5 minute fix like you said it is. Stuff like this can be very difficult to edit/change, or might be impossible to change.
