(Can be any length) I believe that I deserve this rank for three main reasons. These reasons are that I am reliable, can use my ability to solve and decipher problems at hand, and also am able to respect others no matter what opinion they may have. For example, I can be on at any time of the day when my help is needed, and be able to help others with any issues or problems. This also means keeping my activity up on the server and being able to be online, so that if people have problems they can be fixed. I want to be able to keep the community as fun and enjoyable as possible. This being said mining is not tolerated, and because of this minges may have the ability to ruin someone's role play experience. This means that they should be dealt with and punished accordingly. I also stand by the rule “treat others the way you would like to be treated.” This shows that I will respect other opinions and I won’t judge players on how they may act and/or think. The First thing that I would do if someone was Mass RDMing is that I would bring them to me in a secure location (Somewhere on top of the ISD) where no one can listen to our conversation. I would start to tell them why he/she was brought to the sit and then explain to then why they are in this predicament. If they begin to start cussing at me I would gag them. I would then give them a second chance by telling them to type into chat so that they are given the most chance to tell his/her side of the story. If they still cuss at me I will then mute them. I would then go ahead and check logs to see if they did in fact Mass RDM and if they did then I would call for a Admin+ to come ban and warn him for Mass RDM and Staff Disrespect.

(150 Word Minimum) I believe I deserve the rank of Trial Moderator because These past couple of months I've been noticing early in the morning when no one else is on people that just enter the server or they just know that they wont get caught because there isn't staff or anyone so they practically just do what they want while no staff is on or watching but I'm sitting there because I cant do anything about it so that's one of the things I would make sure doesn't happen because I'm on fairly early in the morning. Another thing I would do is be active I would dedicate myself to staff and to be there when its needed because I have also been noticing that sometimes of the day there is staff on and there is like 10-12 sits open and people are waiting for hours and by the time that someone gets to them they don't even remember what they made the sit for and there's no point of taking it, When you apply for staff and get accepted that is a responsibility a commitment that you have to make and I am willing to be there and take that responsibility; yes it might take me a while to get to all those sits but hey at least I'm trying. Another reason I believe I deserve this rank is because of my reputation yes there is some people that don't like me and there is some people that feel the opposite and that's ok everyone can have there own opinion because there's always some people that are gonna hate and I'm not saying that's bad but I believe that if I'm helping everyday or every so often with what they need and taking there sits they'll realize I'm not a bad person or a bad attitude everyone has off days but I am willing to not let the bad days ruin my day being in staff because I love helping people and I love being around people that's what brightens my day. (150 Word Minimum) History I have been active on this community for a long time now, I feel as if I should give back and help those enjoy the server as much as I do, without the annoyance of minges. Referring to my staff history, I have a lot of time spent on staff positions in all kinds of roleplay areas. It's the most relevant staff experience I have compared to this server, minus it's usual 110+ players... Skills in Staffing and Theoretical Dedication To cut straight to the point, I'm efficient at taking and handling sits, as well as maintaining a professional and respectful attitude. Begin to explain what they did and why it is negative to the RP environment. Before continuing with the warning process, I will ask if they have any questions or conerns, unmuting them for a short period if they have anything legitimate to say. I believe I deserve the rank of trial moderator due to my past experience as an Admin on another starwars RP server. I would like to help the growth of this server while also making sure no rules are broken. I would be able to stop the minge during the late hours and take any staff calls that other staff may not be able to take seeing as they have school. I pick up new things very easily and I remember things I have learned quite well. I want to be able to help share the load other staff members will be bearing on Imperial RP and I believe I would be able to do that. I would then bring them and try to talk to them, since they are cursing at me i would make sure to try to talk him down and say things like "Hey man there's no need in cursing at me, i'm trying to figure out what going on, i've gotten reports of you MRDMing" If he continues I would gag him and say what all I need to. I would then say i'm going to ungag you now, so please give me your side of the story of what happened (I'm trying to see whether he is in the wrong or not. I would use common sense here to determine if he is lying or in the wrong). Once he has explained I would then gather what i've been told and determine my course of action. If he doesn't explain and continues cursing I would then gag him and explain to him that that was his final chance and I am now going to issue punishment according to the staff handbook.

I would bring them to me, somewhere like a rooftop far away from people so we don't interfere with RP. If he keeps cursing and talking over me I will gag Him/Her, and then explain why I brought them and I would them have to warn him for MassRDM and Staff/Peer diss. If they continue I will have to give another warn and may have to Jail for 300-600 seconds. If they keep continuing and have 10 warns, I will call for a Senior Admin+ to come and issue the player a 1 day ban. This is how I would handle someone who is Dissing and Massrdming People. To the issue is because I lost my CI Vip whitelist since when I got the tmod role so I gave it to myself in the mean time as a replacement and got striked, but this was a year ago and have changed for the better, i'm not asking for forgiveness, but just another chance.

(150 Word Minimum): I believe that I deserve the rank of trial moderator because I have been on the server for close to twenty days now, and within that time I have efficiently demonstrated my knowledge of rules and my ability to curteously talk to, and to respect the staffing team as well as the players. I have demonstrated my knowledge of the rules and my willingness to be a part of the staff by talking about rules with people on the server, helping to resolve smaller and even some larger conflicts, and by also helping to prevent some situations by correcting people on a certain rule or a certain aspect about the MOTD. I also want to advance within the ranks of the server because I have experienced what bad moderation (or at least a lack of moderation) on other servers can do, and while I understand that this server has some of the best moderation and moderators that I've seen and experienced thus far. I want to work with the moderators and admins in order to help improve the server for players, new and experienced ones alike. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would repeatedly ask them in text or audio chat to stop cursing and yelling at me. If that wouldn't work, I would issue them some verbal warnings "If you continue to keep acting this way, you will be muted/minged in order to prevent further disruption of the server, and the disruption of your admin/moderation sit.". If/after that step is taken (if at all), I will proceed to go over with them how harsh their punishment would be according to what they did, and then I would attempt to contact an Admin+ in order to apply the 10,000 second minge before asking them whether or not a ban is needed according to the Admin's view. If an admin+ isn't on the server, I will check on TS, then Discord.

And i don't really like that. I want to help the server by becoming a trial mod and stopping the bad behavior one step at a time. I overall really like this server, it's done a lot for me so i want to do a lot for it as well. By being a trial mod and helping the friendly faces on this server, as well as making people happy. There isn't much reason other then i want to help this server, but i really do want to help this server and attempt to make this server a really good one. Welp first of all i would freeze them. and attempt to get the side from the reporter. I would tell him to stop cursing at me. if he doesn't stop cursing at me i would gag him so i could read the logs. If he doesn't stop cursing at me in chat i would mute him. I would read logs to see if it is true. if it is true that he was Mass RDMing i would get a higher up to give him a 10,000 second minge. (150 Word Minimum) I have been playing in the Gaminglight community for a while now with myself coming online every chance I've managed to get. I am an active person within the Police RP community even after my recent return from my Naval training. During my many hours spent on Police RP I am respectful to others and understanding of the events that go on during the busy times and the quiet times of Police RP. I follow the rules that the management team have laid down for us and challenge those who do not. I want help this community and give back to it by laying down my time to assist others and be a friendly place/ person within the community, I want to especially assist in the Oceania hours when no staff are online. I feel that I can bring a positive but still strict vibe filled with teamwork toward the team. I know how to treat others after going through some intense things but the core values I learnt will always be stuck too. I want to get more involved in the community by being able to assist others in a more hands on approach and attempt to fix any problem they may encounter or occur I respect the chain of command and ranking system in place and will help my follow oppos by assisting them and encouraging them. Whilst I am staffing I will maintain my discipline and maintain respect towards others. I've noticed that staffing seems really busy lately and I want to be able to learn what it is like and help out to make things a little less busy even if it a little a bit it still goes a long way. I would bring the Individual away from others into a sit possibly onto a roof either by jail tp or dragging. so if he does attempt to ruin other plays role-play. I would then attempt to get the per to calm down and collect them-self. I would then attempt to get an understanding from them of what was going on and why. If they continue too swear/curse then I would ask for a higher up to assist in a Minge for 10,000 Seconds. Whilst the higher up is on there way I would tell them the warns they would be receiving for their unexplained actions, Mass RDM, Staff Disrespect.
