You put your SteamID in the wrong place in the format, I would recommend editing it and fixing that so it is easier for SMT to look this over

Do you mean staff not being allowed to record for a series on Youtube or Twitch, or do you mean the new policy where we are supposed to direct sits that use video evidence to make a post on the forums instead of handling it in game?

No other Gaminglight servers have an old warn appeal, the only one that had it was PoliceRP but it was removed, very unlikely that it will come back

To answer your first question about why it couldn't be handled in game, there is a new policy for PoliceRP staff where if a sit involves a video of some sort, it cannot be handled in game and it needs to be taken to the forums.
