10. Why do you want to become a senior command member? (150 WORDS+): I believe I would become a Senior Command member for numerous reasons. To start off I love this branch, from the moment I joined this branch to now I've never seriously wanted to retire. Through thick and thin of security ive never left and have always strived to make security great. I'm not one to only care about my rank or take LOAs due to me not getting promoted, I've proven this from the times I didn't get WO or when I was 2LT for months. In addition to this I believe I can do my job extremely well. I know what to do in stressful situations, whether it is a mingy OFC or a NCO that is acting out of line, I know how to handle the problem. I believe Senior Command could put me in a place where I can benefit security greatly. I can help RCF with keeping their documents up to date or make new documents if we ever need them! I will try my best to make sure this branch is running smoothly and I promise to be a pro-active SCMD member.
11. What would you do if a Security Officer was constantly leaving D Block?: If a Security officer was constantly leaving D-Block without perms I would first talk to him and let him know you can't be doing this (In case he is new to the server/security) then if he keeps doing it I would demote him down to trainee.
12. What would you do if an NCO kept on leaving d-block with terrible reasons?: I will talk to the NCO about only leaving D-Block for valid reasons, and that the ability to leave without perms could always be taken away. Then if he asks me to do it after I talk to him I would strike them. Then if they do it 1 more time I would demote them.
13. What do you do if an E-11 private comes into d block and attempts to take command of all of the security?: I would first kindly tell them to leave D-Block. I would then try to talk to them about the event and would inform them of the many rules they broke. After that Ireport them to E11, making sure to collect evidence of the event.
14. Explain the process of promoting a corporal to sergeant in your own words: The first thing I would inform the New SGT is that they can call a Partial Lockdown and Handsup on Defcon 3 and that they can now give Enlisted perms to go to medbay, armory, and go on escorts. I would then proceed to inform him of the NCO guide and link it to him and finally would tell them that they can become a trainer, rcf, and apply for command when WO apps are open. Finally I would log the promotion in the command discord, whitelist him, and make sure he requests his tags and his name in game and in discord is correct.
