  1. A decent quality test. While not particularly descriptive word wise; The video certainly picks up for the lack thereof. Otherwise, this is the first time I've actually seen this form of test. Nice work. Have you considered joining Utilization? I think you would make a good fit.
  2. An interesting test; I have no actually seen this done myself. However it's a been lacking on the detail. (Though I see the video was messed up). Next time I recommend elaborating with more detail; As this is pretty simple log wise.
  3. Nicely written out. I can imagine 049's voice from here. Having a good SCP player is always nice. The analysis and conclusion could probably use a more formal summarization. Otherwise, nice job.
  4. I have nothing good to say on this besides at least you somewhat followed the format. When possible, you should always research already existing information on the SCP. Backround research does not have to be information you've done yourself; Rather information already existing on the SCP relevant to the test. Detail wise, it's not even bare bones. In the future please describe the events as if you were describing a scene; Show us with words. (Photos and videos are nice as well). Overall this contains a critical lack of detail, sentence structure and obvious lack of effort. However, don't let this discourage you. Put a bit more time and effort into logs; The difference will be night and day.
  5. A nicely detailed description of the event. However, as we discussed on your incident log; The run-on sentences are really painful to read. Make sure you segment your sentences properly when connecting topics. I''ll DM you on what you can do to improve on this.
  6. Wesearch, wesearch, wesearch wesearch wesearch. ;-; Wuv, - Weputy Head of Wesearch Weiss
  7. Nice list and description. I don't recall even seeing some of these on the mod description.
  8. For a first test, this isn't bad at all. Whilst more detail would be nice in your research. Your work on showing not telling and documenting is relatively fine. Work on displaying your ability to improve and you'll be gold.
  9. A nice interview; Whilst not very groundbreaking in terms of discovery. Reverfiying what we already know about SCP-457 and the dangers of giving it more fuel than required. It is important to retest things once and a while due; As we know all too well SCP's can be quite unpredictable in nature. Good work.
  10. Interesting test. I'm curious what you can do in Development.
  11. A nice simple test, but relatively interesting. Your formatting and design are pretty on point as well. I rate this a standard, nice work.
  12. An interesting find. However like your last test, it lacks a critical lack of description in your observation. Show us, now tell us. I'm sure they told you that in school. Otherwise interesting idea, but you can certainly improve on the quality and observation.
  13. This is barely a passable summary, In the future, please add more detail, in-depth observation, and thought into your hypothesis and conclusion. I highly recommend proofreading your logs as well. Your lack of capitalization is pretty off putting.

  15. Name: Weiss Rank: Corporal Which Server do you play on mostly? (US or EU): When required. Why should you retain your current rank? (WO+ must answer this): Any Concerns?: None.
  16. Name (In-Game/Discord): Weiss/Weiss#1984 Rank (In-Game): Cross Test Manager SteamID: STEAM_0:0:39334457
  17. Name: Weiss Rank: Cross Testing Manager SteamID: STEAM_0:0:39334457 How Active are you on Research?: Daily when possible. When did you join Research?: 4/11/2019 The position being applied for: Foundation Doctor (Django Bridge) Why do you want this position?: To assist in administrative duties, aiding the foundation in furthering our scientific progress, containment measures and logging of Site 05’s findings. As well as the endless goal of improving one’s self, my peers in the Research Branch; Importantly creating a long-lasting, reliable and objective command structure. Ensuring the continued growth and stability of Site 05 research even when we’re gone. What skills do you have in leadership?: Over some time, I have developed my abilities in leading others; This allows me to lead others adeptly; As well as aiding in embedding knowledge into my peers. In my time as being a simple RA trainer to my current position of Cross Testing Manager. I have gained a great deal of knowledge in the ability to lead; As well as setting a good example for my peers. The ability to learn more and improve never stops regardless of rank. What are some tests you have completed in the past?: My most notable tests would be a series testing discovering alternating waves within hyper-memetic pulses; Thus explaining their incredibly efficient transfer of energy through solid matter. As well as the long term effects of these memetic waves on the human body. Varying from small microtears in the body, mental deterioration, and physical deformity. What can you bring to Research Command/Research High Command that others cannot?: While there are many capable members of the research branch. A recent lack of critical thinking among the new research candidates has caused a form of brain drain among research. While not applying to all researchers, of course; It is certainly a present issue. Therefore with my experience in research, low command and effective training of researchers; Will aid the research branch in reversing this brain drain which has plagued our general research team; As well as aiding the current HOR’s goal of creating a strong and robust command structure of researchers. What is something you would change if you were a member of Research Command/Research High Command?: While not an issue of grave importance. The distribution of training has been skewed when it comes to training Research Assistant to become Junior Researchers. With the more in-depth training regime for new Research Assistants, it’s more important than ever to make sure they have an entry into the research field. If only a handful of people are training; Then RA’s will be overlooked; Researchers who yet to develop or get used to the new system do not develop their skills or technique. Thus at times lack the motivation to even try training new researchers. Therefore I would create a guide to make learning the ropes of training less overwhelming and inviting. As well as updating the information and info in their training location; Visuals can be quite useful when learning and teaching. If anyone, who would recommend you to be in Research Command?: The biggest proponents of my command position would consist of KCM Dr. Breen, SCM Soviet, Foundation Doctor Clef (Spookie)and ECM Ruby Rose. Who have been my peers and seniors for some time now.

  19. Name: Weiss / Weiss #1984 Rank (In-Game): LCZ Assistant Manager SteamID: STEAM_0:0:3933445 How active are you?: Daily, whenever possible. Concerns?: I wish to avoid making the research team too inclusive for new users. While upping the quality of the research team is great. We can't expect all new members to be great (skill-wise) at the start, but recognizing their potential to improve their skills(i.e Problem solving, hypothesis/thesis creation, grammar structure, overall creativity) and aiding them in this will be crucial for our future growth I believe. So far we haven't been horrible at it, but it's something that could easily be done which I've seen happen many times with good people.
  20. Name: Weiss Rank: LCPL Any Concerns?: None.
