-Support I dont see this being the problem with 966, If you have teamwork they are a viable SCP, The problem with 966 is teamwork. They have no way to communicate with each other or see each other while cloaked. Giving them 1k HP would make them lone wolfs which is not intended. I believe giving more benefits to 966 working as a group/unit would be more effective of a rework/change.

Do you have experience in Command, if yes explain: I have been 1LT in Omi9/A1 for a collective 5 months (3 months in A1 and 2 months in omi9) during this time i have been deputy head Heavy gunner, Deputy head FTO and Head recon specialist Date of when you first joined MTF / Chaos Insurgency: I joined A1 08/24/2019, ive been in the branch ever since (apart from those 4 days i resigned) during this time i've joined E11 and chaos for a bit How many Strikes do you have: Currently zero What is your main goal of being Omicron-9 Low / High Command: At the moment Omi9 is in a bad place and i believe high command needs help doing this, with our lack of high command (And command in general) we need people to step up and help with the problem, i would attempt to help the branch anyway i could (since the server is based around real players it would be hard because people are unpredictable but i would try my hardest) Do you think there is any issues with the branch and if so how would you fix it (High Command Applications Only): Currently one of the problems with the branch is lack of command, when a branch lacks command enlisted and NCOs dont believe it is worth the time of getting on the server because no one can promote them, to fix this i would sift through enlisted/NCOs and see who is deserving of WO+ , Currently before these apps are able to get accepted two people not including DoC Can promote past CPL which is a large problem. What do you think of Omicron-9's ability to keep the facility under control from GOI's and what do you think can be improved (High Command Applications Only): When omi9 is active they are able to keep the facility safe from Dclass/CI but the problem with this is omi9 is only active during times command are on, when it is off hours i have seen only one or two omi9 on and ive also seen omi9 not be on for hours at a time. when a command member is online i see a large jump in activity from enlisted and NCOs which is a problem, constant activity is better than erratic activity. Why should we accept you in Omicron-9 Command (150 word minimum): During my time in A1 and Omi9 i have seen many problems in the branches, the main problem that A1 suffered and now omi9 is now going through is inactivity, branches go through this all the time but Omi9s inactivity has been going on for a long while, even before omi9 A1 was really inactive towards the end, one of the main reasons that i believe that omi9 is inactive is there is nothing to do, the only task that you are able to do during a defcon 4-5 is assist inside of dblock which is almost impossible in off hours due to the lack of non afk d-class. This problem effects a lot of branches but i believe it effects omi9 the most, unlike other branches Omi9 has no Role play, we are assigned to patrol and assist in dblock. while Nu7 can feed SCPs and escort research tests. dealing with SCPs is our last priority and there a lot of downtime where CI are not raiding and Dblock is under control. with so little to do it is understandable enlisted dont stay long and people who get above enlisted stay inactive for large periods of time. a problem with our lack of role play is there isn't very many ways to fix it but we could try some ideas. a idea that is close to this is to have omi9 guard areas where CI frequent during raids, like setting a few omi9 combat medics inside of medbay to assist with rolls with surgeories and call out and kill CI or Dclass that go near medbay.
