I believe you should trust me for another reason because I've already shown determination by making it to SSGT and until Today I've had no official server warns and I've had no strikes in NU7 for my conduct which shows I am able to easily follow the rules for the most part, and on a final note I've been known to work well with my fellow NU7 piers and I've been known to try helping people do better in PVP and how to rank up faster in the branch. (125+ words): I want this position so that I can help expand NU7 and increase recruitment within the branch and to try to make it the best MTF branch there is on the server, with the greatest cohesion. I believe I am a good choice for the job because I have a lot of Irl leadership experience with me being a leader in my school's student government and an Eagle scout which is earned by only 6% of people who attempt to get it, and this shows I'm willing to do what needs to be done to succeed , and I can handle stressful situations too because I'm a 3rd in a volunteer ambulance company in my state and I'm working on getting my EMTB certification and that also shows I'm willing to do what I can to be successful and I know how to adapt with my situations. (50+ Words): I feel I'm the best option for the rank applying because I'm 95% sure no one else has the Irl experience that I have in leadership and management, and the grit to see things through and try to make an effort with my busy schedule to hop on occasionally. I also feel this is a good rank for me because I've been here for a while and had a massive period of LOA in my 2nd month due to family emergencies and just general personal business so that put me at a disadvantage for receiving promotions at the same rate as everyone., but I still made an effort to hop on. What actions do you take?: Depending on what was said Ill most likely try to figure out what started the argument and all the information around why the fight happened before I act. Once I find out what I need to know ill have a proper talk with the offender and the victim and ill most likely separate and depending on the severity of the fight ill determine if an official strike has to be brought against the offender, or if I have to bring up this issue with command to see if a potential removal is needed if they are a frequent offender. You have an issue with someone in the branch: If someone has an issue with me in the branch I would try to calmly try talking to them to see how I can improve myself and fix the situation peacefully, but if they become hostile and have a history of these issues I would most likely issue a verbal warning or a strike, but if it's a more serious matter I would inform command and recuse myself from the situation to make sure the person that's in trouble get s a fair punishment for the actions they have done. I have noticed lately that our branch has started to struggle with activity. Although with me as a command member, I hope to make as many PTs as possible, and do giveaways like no other. I will do more patrols to make the players that do play feel rewarded and hop on the job more to boost our activity. Create foxtrots and make RP situations that people can freely enjoy. As an FTO I will train people the best of my ability, teach faces and combat line ups. Do more than expected and help others on how I would want helped. Talk to them kindly and ask them if there is any problem. School is in for most and maybe they had a bad day. I've seen many people get permanently banned because they had I bad day. I will suggest a break to them. If they continue to disrespect, I will get evidence and report it in the punishment channel in discord. - Raaqzy - STEAM_0:0:531976448 - Raaqzy.#1414 - 1 for rdm and Ltap - I started a couple months ago but I start playing a lot this week and I want to be in a Branch that I will be dedicated to - So Why I want to join Nu7 is because in SCPRP I prefer Recontaining and killing CI and not only D-class, I also want to play with my brother which is MTF Nu7 SM Smoll HMNGE because he spent most of his time on it. I spent a bit of time on the server in Late hours and i feel like Nu7 is a good branch and from what Ive seen and heard from my brother, It is very cool and they get funny moments. Ive joined CI but I didn't really liked the job but when I heard about Nu7 I was ready to be dedicated for the branch if in anyway I get accepted I will prove to you guys in Nu7 that I can be better than what you guys saw from my warn/ban and ready to be a better person. (100+ Words): I like to solve problems, be it in game, or between people. I have (hopefully) demonstrated that I am able to keep a level head, resolve issues, and have fun all at once during my time thus far in Nu-7, and I believe that makes me a good candidate for Command. I am able to take responsibility and lead groups of people effectively, which is one of the primary reasons for my application: I believe I can be an asset to command and, by extension, the whole branch. I think these are all good traits for Command: a will to help the branch, and the skills necessary to do it. Many people in Nu-7 have helped me get here today, and I want to be that person for others in turn. (80+ word minimum): One reason is I’ve dealt with explosives classes for quite a while. For as long as I have remembered I’ve had the MTF job pack, which for a while in my last Nu7 voyage, had the nitro glycerin. This was basically a throw able nuke, but for some lag reasons, had to be removed. Another reason I am worthy is because I’ve got experience with having to deal with excessive amounts of bullet drop (because of Minecraft bow mechanics surprisingly). For a final point, it’s experience. While right now I may just be a SGT, in my previous run I made it to MSGT and the people that were around my rank, have made it to higher ranks like LTCOL (Kindred). Explain how you would utilize Explosive Specialist to the best of your ability? (65+ word minimum): There are many ways in which I would utilize it, one being in areas where there are a lot of grouped up GOI. Instead of treating it like a normal weapon, I would treat it as a 2-Use nuclear device that should only be used on large groups of people, and where it is essential to NOT hit friendlies. Another rarer case is to completely annihilate a horde of D-Class if there is an excessive amount of armed ones. A CI raid has been called at Gate A, you're on Explosives Specialist - what do you do? This can vary from person to person, but give your best answer: First, I would attempt to squad up with 1-2 other Nu7, then depending if they are grouped up or not, prepare and have your grenade launcher at the ready. If you do end up killing the CI group, then return to whichever gate they came from and close it. Have you read the Explosive Specialist Rules, and do you agree to abide by them? Though i am not a very high rank on the server, due to me only being RCT on GENSEC i still think i can show what it takes to be a member of Nu7.
