yeah from experience, RHH does NOT need any more spots (same with defcon). Also most people who have access to any of these jobs have main lives where they already have the ability to switch defcons. Honestly, there is basically nothing to do when no O5 are on, you are basically just nu7 (no offense to nu7), it would make MUCH more sense rp-wise, and would also be more interesting for people on the job. From what i have seen, O5 for the most part are really good at protecting themselves too, considering the entire branch dedicated to protecting them was replaced. So again, -support on increasing the RRH Spots.
