Is it fair that a "Gensec CC" & RCF are able to just roam the facility with 2 minute NLR being killed by CI and able to spring back to the fight a whole minute earlier than their practically the same counterpart MTF enlistee's, or an scp breach where they can constant;y barrage the scp every two minutes having practically the same stats of an MTF enlisted. +Support for gensec CC's, RCF , and who ever else that is not going to D Block for their NLR to be back to 3 minutes. -Support for all the other gensec that defend D Block.

-Support Part 1: This would kill off CI splitting numbers in half if not lower. The second command apps are released all of CI command and some high NCO's will be applying for higher ranks than their current ones delivering a hurtful blow to CI numbers. After a week all would be new CI members would be joining robotics as that's where the new command would be spending their time further hurting CI. Part 2: Raids towards the founding would be chaotic with one branch Raiding after each other and further arguing in which branch is going to raid first.

+Support I've seen barely anyone dealing with this issue (Even if this falls under disrespect) and people using toxic remarks as a loop hole to avoid player/branch diss punishments. This varies from making unnecessary comments after killing someone to toxic remarks in ooc with no punishments from staff or branch leaders.

There's a reason MTF exist? Send some security to them?

-Support I have no problem at all, and tbh I only friendly fire at close range when I'm spooked. If CI is able to distinguish a CI from foundation, but some foundation cannot, then I believe you should be looking into different foundation models.
