It has been a long ride with all you Troopers! I'm resigning due to the fact that I feel State has been mistreated and is not held to the standards it should be. I would like to thank everyone who was here while I was a trooper! You guys have continued to make this Department great and fun. Good luck to all troopers! This department has treated me great while I was here. I've had a lot of fun here at State. It's hard to make this but the time has come. This will be my full resignation from State/CERT/SPMD/FTO. Ghostly- You were an amazing Colonel. I was so happy when you took over the department. You did some amazing things for us. I'm sorry for resigning on you while you're on LOA but this had to come. Gaur- You've helped us out a lot since I've been command. You were an amazing retired Col. Echo- You were another amazing Colonel. State has been great since you got A. Col. I can't wait to see it continue to improve. Kai- You were my right hand man. We did a lot of work together. We've focused extremely hard on this department to make it amazing. You've done some great things here at State. Yobo- I will miss you mate. You are a true legend. Goodluck! Bailey- You are straight fire. Me and you worked together as partners on this server for the longest time. We patrolled everyday and protected the streets. Alistair- You were my favorite foreign commander. It's been good working with you partner. Thanks for everything. State Command- It has been amazing being here with you guys. I will miss running the department with you guys. Rockford is in the state of Illinois, Not California. It is not required that you must carry your ID on you at all times. Therefor, it can’t be a law where you have to show your ID. However, you are required to identify yourself. Yes, you can’t “push” someone in this game, but running into someone, like you did in the video, would be considered assault. It would be taken as you pushing the officer. It says to use common sense and for you to act as you would IRL. I don’t feel that is something I would see IRL when asked for an ID.

-Support Maddog will be talked to by State High Command. He will not be claiming that people are "Reaching for weapons" anymore as a lot of people have a problem with it. However, in the video you were asked to show your ID. You denied to show it and decided to walk into Maddog. You were pushing him and bumping into him completely giving Maddog the right to arrest you. He said you were getting too close and you continued to run into him. Then you got arrested. You said "F*** that" and decided to walk away, breaking RP. Maddog had three reasons to arrest you under the Rockford State Penial Code. Section 103.2.7, Obstruction of Justice. You decided to Identify yourself when Maddog had reasonable suspicion to give a lawful order. Section 103.2.2, Failure to abide by a Lawful Order. Once again, you did not Identify yourself. You decided to run into Maddog instead. 103.3.6 Is Assault on a Government Official. You ran into him when asked to Identify yourself and forced him to move backwards, or push him. That's a Felony therefor he has the right to send you away. If he feels you were "reaching for a weapon", he should have the right to arrest you. You ran into him potentially trying to grab him weapon holstered on his hip. If he feels that he is under danger, he may arrest you after you have committed multiple crimes. In real life, if you rushed an officer life that, you will most likely be shot. In the MOTD, it says to not do stuff you won't do in real life. I feel this video broke that rule. Being arrested, taking 10 minutes max out of your day, should not result in this much FailRP and complaining. You should be compliant with government officials and continue on with your day. I feel that FallenAngel should be talked to by King Family Council to treat my Officers with more respect and to follow server rules.

+Support PoliceRP currently has a set of about 5 guns that people commonly pick. A bigger variety of guns for people to choose on would be great. A new selection of guns can always be fun.

Bhopping is a skill to do while still shoot however, it’s getting abused on the server. It makes it hard asf to hit, plus half of your shots don't do any damage. Bhopping while crouching, with a LMG, would be impossible irl.

+Support CERT has lower armor than every other Tactical Departments. The fact that it is a subdivision off of state, making it harder to get into, should mean that it should be more equipped. CERTs equipment and guns compared to the other sub departments put us at the bottom. With the activity and training we’ve had for the last 2 months I feel we should get an update that improves our status. When we ask the CERT Troopers what they want to see, they ask for better Guns and armor. As command, I’ve done everything I can to make CERT the best I can and I’m still having problems with people leaving because other departments are more “OP”.

+Support This would add so much fun to do on the civilian/criminal side. This would make drug busts more popular and fun. I highly recommend this add on.

+/-Support I remember DarkRP had this same add on. I went on that server and asked the best way to make money. Everyone said Meth. I spent a few hours and made an insane amount of money. 100 mil was nothing on that server. I don’t want the economy to be broken like that on PRP. If they can find a way to make it so the meth doesn’t sell for that much/it takes longer to make it could work.

Evidence (required): Video One: This video I believe the part where he is using scripts is at 1:43. This is of him tracing while consistently hitting his shots. When he shoots at the trooper his crosshair continues to snap back on the trooper as it moves away from bhopping. The recoil he is experiencing is nothing. As he bhops, the recoil is little and he hits majority of hit shots. What do you believe should happen to the player: Permaban or Blacklist. Any extra information: This video is for the community and SMT to decide if he is indeed using a client. I found these videos on youtube and decided that they need to be brought to attention. I've gotten opinions from others before posting this to help with decision on if these are hacks and I believe they are. Bigjohnny was banned previously for hacking and unbanned. These videos are a little old and date a few months back but I still believe he needs a punishment. I have no doubt that if he was hacking a few months back that he would still be hacking.

The other one was custom made for PoliceRP. It was unrealeased. He posted this bike for another server about a year ago. It's a differen't bike. We tested it in a server with 4 people and it didn't crash anyone's game. It also is on a server as Alistair mentioned.

Negative, the other one wasn't released to the workshop. However, I can assure you it is a different one. When you spawn it in, through the Q-menu, it is in a seperate section as the other bike. The other bike was also titled "GTA V Police Bike", this one isn't.
