Reason being is that I have trying to dedicate more time to the server I staff on and originally committed to, militaryrp. I am trying to grow the server and improve it as it is not doing well right now and therefore I don’t have time for CI atm.

Agreed. Staff aren't acquainted with every single player, therefore how would they determine the actions of a play in a fair, legit way, if their were no warns? Now, don't get me wrong, impressions on staff aren't solely based on the number of warns a player has (at least for me) but it definitely helps in alot of ways.

Why

First off, you need to be more mature. You called him "lil shit" numerous times as well as adverted it saying "LIL SHITTER DOWN" atleast once, clearly attempting to provoke and elongate the situation. You then murdered him or attempted to I believe from what I saw in the video and that only made it worse. However, the kid broke numerous rules. If I wasn't so nice, i'd say you should be warned for playerdiss and misuse of adverts. But regarding the other player breaking rules, he should be warned for the rules he broke as well. All in all, +Support.
