Despite having been Naval for only about 2 weeks, I have been in 31st for around 2-3 months and know what im doing. I have alot of improvements in mind to the SOP, Jobs, and Training Guidelines that I hope to enforce regardless of whether this app gets accepted or not. This getting accepted will only better my dedication and loyalty to 31st, which has always been strong regardless. I hope to incorporate new things like ray shield training being added to the training guidelines, as well as things to better the actual Enlisted and NCOs which get forgotten about a lot of the time. I hope to get some buffs to the enlisted classes, and some new fun jobs like for example "Tank Operator" or "Jump Trooper" which will hopefully increase activity and the all around state of things within 31st. More than just this, I will better the level of RP and the way things are done by doing things like optional training's and fun PT for those on at the time so we look more serious, professional, and set an even higher standard of RP. I will make sure that activity is upholded, new things get incorporated to encourage new players and a higher standard of RP, and make sure that things like explosives are not abused as much as they are at times. With this rank, I will work my hardest to accomplish all of these goals and ideals to help better this battalion as a whole and help all the hard-working members within 31st excel and succeed. I never said it was a official thing, its more of saying that with a pistol in hand and 3 ARs or Shotguns pointed at you, you would not attempt to shoot or flee. its more of a rule of thumb to where about 3:1 or more is a good ratio of when to know if you should abide by FearRP or not.

3:1 ratio+ means you're outnumbered UNLESS A) you have already shot/been shot B) Its a active bank raid, general store raid, etc etc (any type of raid or active hostile situation that warrants gunfire) That being said, -Support.
