As a Captain I have obviously Promoted the people who deserved The promotion and demoted the people who do not. I’ve helped do the simple things such as just filter out a few minges. I have Hosted meeting to talk about important topics such as using radio properly, driving correctly and other obvious Topics. I do, did and will forever spectate training's and assist Sergeants on how to make them better. I am extremely active on the server as well as the teamspeak so i'm always there when someone needs me and always help fellow PD members when they are in need of assistance. With that I think I am a great role model for the other members within the department. I would like to carry that on to the next rank as a Major. As a Major I will plan on hosting more meetings doing more promotions to keep the PD moving up and still attempt to filter out the minges and get them out of the department. So um i did not want to do this but i just think SRT is a better for me to move into dont get me wrong CERT is a great Tac unit but they have been getting very inactive in my opinion and not many people are in it anymore I will still be in state just not CERT Bobby- tho i have not seen you in a while and you probably wont see this thanks for training me and giving me a chance
