I just wanna say a thanks to all staff and people I have met and played with dept and on crime. Yes I know most of know me of what I have done in the past but people imrpove and change been working on that. Wanna say don't think I ever found a gmod server to get on constantly play because some bored me out or just not fun, and this server has made me stay and continue on playing. (150 Word Minimum): I've been a part of the GL staff team for over a year now and held the rank of senior admin for a very large portion of that time. I've faced many different issues and problems throughout my time as a senior admin, having staff reports brought against me, dealing with just about every kind of staff sit under the sun, and doing my best to connect with everyday users and players in TS and in-game. I want to help the community and server more than I already do by expanding my list of responsibilities into dealing with issues other staff may not be able to deal with. Some of the more common issues JMT is tasked with from my perspective would be adding a car to a dealer, resetting a spawn point, to more extensive tasks like dealing with reports of staff misconduct or assisting SMT with their duties. Most of the interactions I try to have with the community are positive, coming primarily from playing in-game and talking with others in Discord. These activities have made me a more well-known person and staff member throughout the player base and a role model for newer staff members to look up to. That being said, I want to help PoliceRP and Gaminglight as a whole be the best they can be, holding them to the same high standards they've been held to by both the players and staff before me. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would first bring or jail them on a roof and attempt to talk with the guy. In the situation they try running away, curse me out, or try RDMing me, I will warn them and jail/ ban the player for about a week or more (whichever fits best with the situation and based off other things they might have done.) These questions are only for people applying for Admin/Senior Admin/Super Admin: -What would you do if you think a player is an alt account? Try and watch the person (through spectating or watching from afar), look up info about the account, and try to see if I can determine who it is on the other side of the screen (most times, I will have someone else look at what I found to make sure I made no mistakes) before passing it off to an available SMT member for them to be banned. -What would you do if a player is threating to chargeback? I would bring them to a roof and try and explain to them that it is a blacklistable offence, hoping that they were joking around or at least inform them that it is not permitted. If they continue with the threats or talk of chargeback, I would call over a SMT/ JMT person that was already in game to ban them (or ban them for my max and put something up on the forums if none are available or in-game.) -A family is mass minging and causing issues, how would you stop the family from minging? I would bring them all to a rooftop, gag them, and freeze them if needed. I’d then try to talk to them about what they were doing and try to get their side before pursuing any warns/ bans. After talking with them and conveying my points to them, I ask them if they have questions, and return the ones that don’t need to be banned/ warned (if such actions are required). -How would you deal with a situation you don't know what to/don't know the answer to? (Don't answer with "I know everything!") I would ask someone else on staff (usually someone of equal or higher rank) and get their opinion on whatever I needed help with. If no other staff is on the server at the time, I will go off of whatever I feel is right or put something in Discord/ or ask someone in TS if needed.

SCP-106 appears to prefer human prey items in the 10-25 years of age bracket. After 3 hours after the incident, The Mucus was dissolving at a abnormal rate, exactly 3.1x faster than normal. We saw this as a sign of possible neutralization, A pre-emptive 'Femur Breaker' was used, Just to test whether SCP-106 was either Dormant, or Neutralized. No response... This then continued for another 16-hour period... No response. Mobile-Task Force Epsillon-13 Code-named 'Manifest Destiny' was deployed to inspect SCP-2935. They returned, No sight of SCP-106. I enjoy having the leadership role and responsibilities it carries. i have been in a power situation before so i would say i know what i'm doing. I hope to make a fun and enjoyable experience for all of the Deputy Agents, Junior Agents, Agents etc. as well as make a good name with the rest of the GamingLight community. I wouldn't mind helping out Rupert and the other leads of this battalion wherever needed, as well as to make their jobs easier. Since there is no officers to help out Inferno Command I feel like it would be a good opportunity to prove that I could be useful to the battalion in many ways that command sees fit. How could you assist Inferno Squad Command with this rank? I could assist IFcommand in many different ways.I would also assist command in helping leading the agents when no command is on. Observation 1-A: The Retrival of SCP-035 happened uneventful due to The Researcher promising SCP-035 a host after the test. (for audio log check adendum 1) Observation 2-A: Opon the intruduction of SCP-035 to SCP-049, SCP-035 started setting up a table, seats and some tea once both of them sat down they started talking about how they have been, their cells and the poeple on the observation deck. Observation 2-B: A short while in SCP-035 gave SCP-049 a Level-1 Keycard and tried to Lie to the MTFs and Researchers on the observation deck about it being the following things: Medikit, SCP-1025 and a Letter. You are a great staff member, don't get me wrong, but over the two times you've been staff on PoliceRP, this is the first time you have been an admin, and for only about a week no less.. I know you have permission from management to apply, though I really think you need some more time to adjust to your current rank seeing as Senior Mod to Admin is a very major step up in the staff team, and one that should take time to get used to. Will SCP-5208 attempt to interact with SCP-098 somehow or will he go straight to attacking SCP-098? Background Research: SCP-5208 Research SCP-5208 is a squad of extremely small 'toy' soldiers that are hostile to almost all life. There is no explanation of how they got to be so small, or why they are so hostile. Not much is know about the tiny "toy" soldiers except the fact that they are hostile to almost all life. ================ Picture Of SCP-5028 ================ ========== SCP-098 "Surgeon Crabs" SCP-098 is a species of previously unknown crustacean. They resemble crabs, but rather than chelae, the front limbs terminate in knife-like structures that incorporate silica to form an extremely sharp edge. Specimens reach larger size than normal for land-dwelling arthropods, at 40 centimeters tall and as large as 60 centimeters across. Specimens of SCP-098 prefer an environment with ready concealment and shallow pools of water. They are able to breathe both water and air, splitting their time between the two environments. They also are capable of vocalizations, using a larynx-like structure attached to primitive lungs. SCP-098 demonstrates pack-hunting behavior when attacking prey. When specimens detect a prey animal, they will attempt to surround it. They will mimic the sounds made by the creature, apparently to confuse it or to draw it into position. If this does happen I think SCP-5208 will win because of his size and weapons. Observations (What Happened During Test): For the test we had to go get SCP-5208, to get him to comply and follow us without attacking we had to tell him he had a war time enemy which he immediately believed. Once SCP-5208 was in SCP-098 containment cell it seemed like SCP-098 went over to check what SCP-5208 was, as SCP-098 was going over to check SCP-5208 started to fire at SCP-098 and that when they started to fight. After a long battle it ended with SCP-098 finishing off SCP-5208 which won SCP-098 the battle. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: =========================================== SCP-098 & SCP-5208 Right Before They Started Fighting =========================================== ====================================================================================== ====================================================================================== =========================== SCP-098 & SCP-5208 Battle Winner =========================== ======================================== ======================================== Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): What could of caused the results could be that they are both very hostile SCP's and they both saw each other as enemy's at the time. SCP-5208 was hostile towards SCP-098 because he thought that SCP-098 was a enemy from war so he complied and almost immediately attacked SCP-098. This was expected to happen but it could of gone many different ways, for example if SCP-098 realized he wasn't food immediately or if SCP-5208 didn't think SCP-5208 was a enemy. Another possibility for what could of caused the results could be the fact that SCP-098 knew it couldn't eat SCP-5208 and was just being territorial. This would explain the more violent attack, it would also explain why SCP-098 didn't just try to immobilize SCP-5208. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: My hypothesis for this test was partly correct because almost immediately after being placed in the cell together they started to fight, but in the end instead of SCP-5208 winning SCP-098 ended up terminating SCP-5208.
