  1. In Game Name: cparsons5 Steam ID (STEAM_0:0:000000001): STEAM_0:0:107064545 Discord Name (Ruby#0001): monker331 When did you start playing on SCP-RP? (Approximately): Roughly 1 year ago on gaming light. Why do you want to join Nu-7? (75 word minimum): I would like to join Nu-7 as I believe it is the right fit for to help with the containment of anomalous SCPs and handling other threats to the facility. With my knowledge of SCPs and past experience I strongly believe I will be able to benefit Nu-7. I am decently skilled in combat and should be able to help protect and keep the site safe from all whether it be anomalous entity's, rioting D-Class, or CI trying to breach. I look forward to playing with people who have the same interests in SCPs as I do. If you've been in any other branches, list them and what your ranks are/were. This counts for all servers. (If you haven't been in any branches, exclude this from your application.): Senior Researcher in research department. E-11 Cpl. Do you understand to get on at least every other day and keep yourself up to date with Nu-7? We don't treat it like a job here - but we do expect you to be notified and enjoying your time: Yes other then school hours I can be on frequently.
  2. +Support I think this will help a lot with metagaming and would make being brainwashed more fair. It is very annoying when you immediately get metagamed after getting sold back or how ever you make it back to foundation.

  4. Lore Name: Cparsons5 Rank: Experienced Researcher SCP: 682 & 066 Question / Idea: Will 682 unknowingly say "Eric" to SCP-066? If he does will SCP-066 still make the noise he does when he hears someone or something say "Eric"? If SCP-066 reacts with the noise how will SCP-682 react? Background Research: SCP-682 Research SCP-682 is a large, vaguely reptile-like creature of unknown origin. It appears to be extremely intelligent, and was observed to engage in complex communication with SCP-079 during their limited time of exposure. SCP-682 appears to have a hatred of all life, which has been expressed in several interviews during containment. SCP-682 has always been observed to have extremely high strength, speed, and reflexes, though exact levels vary with its form. SCP-682's physical body grows and changes very quickly, growing or decreasing in size as it consumes or sheds material. SCP-682 gains energy from anything it ingests, organic or inorganic. Digestion seems to be aided by a set of filtering gills inside of SCP-682's nostrils, which are able to remove usable matter from any liquid solution, enabling it to constantly regenerate from the acid it is contained in. SCP-682's regenerative capabilities and resilience are staggering, and SCP-682 has been seen moving and speaking with its body 87% destroyed or rotted. In case of containment breach, SCP-682 is to be tracked and re-captured by all available Mobile Task Forces, and no teams with fewer than seven (7) members are cleared to engage it. To date (██-██-████), attempted breaches have numbered at seventeen (17), while successful breaches have numbered at six (6). =============== Picture Of SCP-682 =============== ===================================================================== ===================================================================== SCP-066 Research SCP-066 is an amorphous mass of braided yarn and ribbon weighing approximately one kilogram. Strands of SCP-066 may be taken individually and manipulated; when this is done, a note on the diatonic scale (C-D-E-F-G-A-B) is produced by the object. When a set of six or more notes are produced, SCP-066 will produce a benign effect of varying nature and duration. SCP-066 will not respond to manipulation while any effect produced by it is in progress. Prior to Incident 066-2, results have included: -SCP-066 transformed into a small calico kitten for seventeen minutes. The kitten exhibited significant friendliness and playfulness, and appeared to be declawed. -A song lasting four minutes, acoustic guitar with vocal accompaniment by singer/songwriter [REDACTED]. The lyrics warned the listener not to use sharp objects without parental supervision. -A small cupcake, chocolate with chocolate frosting and a lit candle stuck in the top. Notably, the tones produced prior to this effect corresponded to the opening notes of “Happy Birthday”. SCP-066 became responsive after said cupcake was consumed. When it is not producing anomalous effects, SCP-066 will say the name “Eric” constantly in a deep masculine voice. =============== Picture Of SCP-066 =============== ============================================================ ============================================================ Hypothesis: My hypothesis for this test is that if we do get SCP-682 to say "Eric" SCP-066 will make the noise. After hearing the loud noise I think SCP-682 will either hit SCP-066 or bite SCP-066. I am not sure that we will be able to get SCP-682 to say "Eric" though. Observations (What Happened During Test): During the test before we brought SCP-066 into the room we had to instruct SCP-682 to say "Eric", he agreed to do as told. We then lowered SCP-066 into SCP-682's containment, SCP-066 ran around the huge cell for a moment before settling in a corner. At this point SCP-682 had not moved in the slightest except for its eyes that follow SCP-066's every movement. After SCP-066 calmed down it approached SCP-682 and went straight in front of SCP-682's jaw. After a minute SCP-682 said "Eric" as instructed, and immediately after SCP-066 made the noise like we expected. Though after SCP-066 made the noise SCP-682 jumped back so fast it took us a moment to realize what happened. SCP-682 seemed to keep trying to get farther and farther away from SCP-066 for a couple minutes until they had both calmed down again, SCP-682 still seemed very uneasy and ready attack or run again. Once the test was finished we started to remove SCP-066 from the containment and had him escorted back to his containment. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: The evidence for this test is that from the audio recording we could hear SCP-682 say Eric and immediately following that there was a extremely loud noise identifiable as SCP-066's noise even from outside the containment cell. The evidence of SCP-682's reactions is that immediately after the loud noise he jumped back and start running away from SCP-066 well keeping all eyes on SCP-066 And only stopped after about a minute and a half of this behavior. SCP-682 was still ready to run or attack if SCP-066 did anything strange again. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): I believe one of the key features of SCP-682's reaction could be that he has not developed a immunity to noise, though after this test loud noises may not effect him as much. I also believe SCP-682 didn't have his guard up due to the fact that SCP-066 is much smaller then himself and didn't expect the small ball of yarn to try anything. I don't believe that SCP-682 realized that SCP-066 makes the noise when he hears the word "Eric", so SCP-682 probably thought it was random and did not want SCP-066 to do that again. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: My hypothesis was not correct as I did not expect SCP-682 to really say it or have such a reaction to SCP-066.
  5. Your Full Name & Rank? Experienced Researcher Cparsons5 Why have you chosen to pursue specializing in studying biologically hazardous materials? I have chosen to pursue the study of biologically hazardous materials because I have always been very interested in virus SCP's and SCP-049. The reason I am so interested in viruses and SCP-049 is because I find it interesting to see how other SCP's and D-class will be affected. Recently I have been putting out a lot more test logs and a couple have included SCP-008, on both of these tests I learned some cool new things from the SCP's I tested on, for example when I gave SCP-008 to SCP-194 he started to lose feathers and sat in the corner of his containment for a moment. When I am not at school I am almost always on the server so I have lots of time to do tests and logs. Have you produced any documents pertaining to biologically hazardous SCPs? I have produced a couple of logs including SCP-008 both scoring 100/100 and I plan to do more on SCP-035 when I become a Senior Researcher. I already have some tests including SCP-049 planned to do sometime soon. Here are some links to my logs that involve SCP-008: Please tell me if I made any grammatical errors.

  7. Lore Name: Cparsons5 Rank: Experienced Researcher SCP: 098 Object Class Euclid & 5208 Object Class Euclid Question / Idea: Will SCP-098 attempt to perform surgery on SCP-5208 as it is a small toy soldier? Will SCP-5208 attempt to interact with SCP-098 somehow or will he go straight to attacking SCP-098? Background Research: SCP-5208 Research SCP-5208 is a squad of extremely small 'toy' soldiers that are hostile to almost all life. There is no explanation of how they got to be so small, or why they are so hostile. Not much is know about the tiny "toy" soldiers except the fact that they are hostile to almost all life. ================ Picture Of SCP-5028 ================ ========== SCP-098 "Surgeon Crabs" SCP-098 is a species of previously unknown crustacean. They resemble crabs, but rather than chelae, the front limbs terminate in knife-like structures that incorporate silica to form an extremely sharp edge. Specimens reach larger size than normal for land-dwelling arthropods, at 40 centimeters tall and as large as 60 centimeters across. Specimens of SCP-098 prefer an environment with ready concealment and shallow pools of water. They are able to breathe both water and air, splitting their time between the two environments. They also are capable of vocalizations, using a larynx-like structure attached to primitive lungs. SCP-098 demonstrates pack-hunting behavior when attacking prey. When specimens detect a prey animal, they will attempt to surround it. They will mimic the sounds made by the creature, apparently to confuse it or to draw it into position. When ready, one specimen will approach the prey animal. When its attention is fixed on the first specimen, others will move behind the prey and attempt to cut the tendons of the legs or other limbs. They will continue to mimic the sounds the prey animal makes to disorient it. After making a cut, a specimen of SCP-098 will spit a viscous mucus over the wound. This substance hardens rapidly, preventing blood loss or infection. This continues until the prey animal is completely immobilized. At this point, specimens will begin to feed on the prey animal by cutting off small pieces of flesh. This begins with soft, readily accessible tissues, such as those of the face and extremities, before moving to other parts of the body. Specimens of SCP-098 will only feed so long as the prey animal is capable of respiration. Feeding can last several hours or several days, depending on the size of the prey animal and the number of specimens present. SCP-098 normally poses little threat to adult humans, preferring smaller prey, such as dogs, cats, and small pigs. However, they have attacked larger prey when a sufficient number of specimens were present, or else other food was unavailable. SCP-098 was discovered in ██████, Brazil, after a rash of child disappearances. =============== Picture Of SCP-098 =============== ======================= ======================= Hypothesis: My hypothesis is that immediately after being placed in a cell together they will start to attack each other until one of them dies, I think SCP-098 will attack SCP-5208 first. If this does happen I think SCP-5208 will win because of his size and weapons. Observations (What Happened During Test): For the test we had to go get SCP-5208, to get him to comply and follow us without attacking we had to tell him he had a war time enemy which he immediately believed. Once SCP-5208 was in SCP-098 containment cell it seemed like SCP-098 went over to check what SCP-5208 was, as SCP-098 was going over to check SCP-5208 started to fire at SCP-098 and that when they started to fight. After a long battle it ended with SCP-098 finishing off SCP-5208 which won SCP-098 the battle. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: =========================================== SCP-098 & SCP-5208 Right Before They Started Fighting =========================================== ====================================================================================== ====================================================================================== =========================== SCP-098 & SCP-5208 Battle Winner =========================== ======================================== ======================================== Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): What could of caused the results could be that they are both very hostile SCP's and they both saw each other as enemy's at the time. SCP-5208 was hostile towards SCP-098 because he thought that SCP-098 was a enemy from war so he complied and almost immediately attacked SCP-098. This was expected to happen but it could of gone many different ways, for example if SCP-098 realized he wasn't food immediately or if SCP-5208 didn't think SCP-5208 was a enemy. Another possibility for what could of caused the results could be the fact that SCP-098 knew it couldn't eat SCP-5208 and was just being territorial. This would explain the more violent attack, it would also explain why SCP-098 didn't just try to immobilize SCP-5208. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: My hypothesis for this test was partly correct because almost immediately after being placed in the cell together they started to fight, but in the end instead of SCP-5208 winning SCP-098 ended up terminating SCP-5208.
  8. Lore Name: Cparsons5 Rank: Experienced Researcher SCP: 008 & 194 Question / Idea: How would SCP-194's reaction to getting a dose of SCP-008 be different then a human’s reaction to 008? My second question is will it kill or badly injure SCP-194? Background Research: SCP-194 is a Euclid class SCP. SCP 194 is a humanoid sized raven that attacks humans that approach/get to close. Being in close contact with SCP-194 can result in getting a virus which can turn you into another SCP-194. The most effective known way of recontainment is termination. SCP-008 is a complex prion, samples of which are stored in each of the known G2 sites. Research into SCP-008 is highly classified and primarily aimed at preventing research which may lead to the synthesis of SCP-008 in the distant future. Traits of the SCP-008 prion include: 100% infectiousness. 100% lethality. Transmission through exposed mucous membranes and all bodily fluids. Not airborne or waterborne. There is strong evidence to suggest SCP-008 itself did not form naturally on Earth, since variants of similar complexity would have displaced much of the ecosystem. In 1959, a short collaborative effort with the USSR to locate G2 sites and eliminate SCP-008 was negotiated following their discovery. The status of SCP-008 in Russian custody since collaboration ended is unknown. SCP-500 has been found to be able to completely cure SCP-008 even in the advanced stages of the disease. Hypothesis: My hypothesis for this test is that SCP-194 will first start to lose some of its feathers and wont be as active as it usually is. In the end I do not believe SCP-194 will die from this test as he has proven extremely hard to kill. The D-class on the other hand will most likely have the common reaction to "The Zombie Virus" (SCP-008) and be infected. Observations (What Happened During Test): During the test we first went to SCP-008 to get two sample. We then headed to SCP-194's containment cell, as of arrival SCP-194 was jumping and running around his containment cell clawing and scratching at the concrete walls. We then prepared SCP-008 in a syringe for the D-class and a special tranquilizer type round filled with SCP-008. The D-class had the common reaction and was infected and turned into a zombie. SCP-194 seemed to calm down even sitting in the corner of his cell for a moment. Some feathers were seen falling out but not many. Overall it seems SCP-008 did not have a huge effect on SCP-194 except for calming him down temporarily. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: After being injected with SCP-008, SCP-194 started to loose more feather then normal. Also SCP-194's quick change from running around and scratching/attacking his containment to him almost motionlessly sitting in the corner of his containment cell. We know the D-class was effected because of the change from a healthy human to a zombie with darkened rotting flesh and wounds all over. ======================== D-class Infected With SCP-008 ======================== ====================================================================================== ======================================================================================= ========================== SCP-194 Infected With SCP-008 ========================== ====================================================================================== ======================================================================================= Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): I believe what could of caused the results is the fact that SCP-194 is not immortal or even close to it, he is strong but such a dangerous virus should still be able to effect him in some way. SCP-008 did not seem to severely injure SCP-194 but it did seem to hurt him and affect it enough to make it go sit down in a corner for a couple minutes. I wasn't surprised that he lost a few feather due to the fact that SCP-008 can cause some huge changes to people or some other SCP's. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: I think my hypothesis was mostly correct as it predicted the basic things that happened, I didn't expect SCP-194 to need to stop and crouch down for a moment from SCP-008's effects though.
  9. Lore Name: Cparsons5 Rank: Experienced Researcher SCP: 939 & 066 Question / Idea: Will SCP-939 be able to say "Eric"? I believe it could potentially be possible due to SCP-939 being able to repeat phrases in the past earning him the nickname "With Many Voices" If SCP-939 manages to say "Eric" will it trigger SCP-066's usual reaction to someone saying the word "Eric" and emit a high pitched scream/noise? Background Research: SCP-066 is an amorphous mass of braided yarn and ribbon weighing approximately one kilogram. SCP-939 are endothermic, pack-based predators which display atrophy of various systems similar to troglobitic organisms. The skins of SCP-939 are highly permeable to moisture and translucent red, owing to a compound chemically similar to hemoglobin. SCP-939 average 2.2 meters tall standing upright and weigh an average of 250 kg, though weight is highly variable. Each of their four limbs end in three-fingered claws with a fourth, opposable digit, and are covered in setae which considerably augment climbing ability. Their heads are elongated, devoid of even vestigial eyes or eye sockets, and contain no brain casing. The jaws of SCP-939 are lined with red, faintly luminescent fang-like teeth, similar to those belonging to specimens of the genus , up to 6 cm in length, and encircled by heat-sensitive pit organs. Eye spots, sensitive to light and dark, run the length of their spined dorsal ridges. These spines may be up to 16 cm long and are believed to be sensitive to changes in air pressure and flow. SCP-939-1, -3, -19, -53, -89, -96, -98, -99, and -109 are kept in Cell 1163-A or 1163-B, 10 m x 10 m x 3 m containment chambers within Armed Bio-Containment Area-14. Both cells are environmentally regulated and negatively pressurized, with walls constructed of reinforced concrete. Access to these cells is regulated by an outer decontamination chamber and inner gas-tight steel security doors. Observation windows are constructed of laminated ballistics glass 10 cm in thickness protected by a 100kV electrified mesh. Humidity is maintained at 100% at a temperature of 16° C. Specimens are monitored at all times via infrared cameras. Level Four authorization is required to access SCP-939, their containment areas, or the observation chambers. Hypothesis: My hypothesis for this test is that we will be able to get SCP-939 to say "Eric" and SCP-066 will emit the loud noise he usually does. I believe that SCP-066 noise will be aimed at the person who SCP-939 is mimicking. Observations (What Happened During Test): During the test we could not get SCP-939 to say the word "Eric" but SCP-066's other noises he made and the noise of him running around the cell confused SCP-939 causing SCP-939 to chase after the sounds and run around the room. In the end 066 moved to a corner of the containment cell Evidence/Visual Stimuli: My evidence is how when SCP-066 was placed into SCP-939 containment and started saying Eric, SCP-939 was very confused and did not seem to understand. When SCP-066 started making noises and running around SCP-939 started charging and chasing towards were it had come from. =============== SCP-066 =============== ============================================================ ================================================================================ =============== SCP-939 =============== ==================================================================================== ===================================================================================== Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): I believe what caused the results of us not being able to get SCP-939 to say "Eric" is that he usually repeats things his victims have said and usually include some kind of distress. I believe that the two SCP-939's there were confused because of frequent sounds that seemed to be coming from a different direction each time due to SCP-066's speed. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: No my hypothesis was very far off, it was pretty much the opposite of what happened.
  10. Thanks for grading accidently put SCP-066 in the corner which I am removing now.
  11. Lore Name: Cparsons5 Rank: Experienced Researcher SCP: 096 & 008 Question / Idea: How will SCP-096 react to being infected by "The Zombie Virus" (SCP-008). Will it cause him to cry louder or act different or will it even kill him? Background Research: SCP-096 is a humanoid creature that is normally extremely docile. However, when someone views SCP-096's face it will enter a stage of considerable emotional distress. SCP-096 will cover its face with its hands and begin screaming, crying, and babbling incoherently briefly before chasing down the person who viewed its face. SCP-096 will not stop until it reaches the person's location, after which it will proceed to kill them. Afterwards it will regain its composure and become docile once again. SCP-096 is to be contained in its cell, a 5 m x 5 m x 5 m airtight steel cube, at all times. Weekly checks for any cracks or holes are mandatory. There are to be absolutely no video surveillance or optical tools of any kind inside SCP-096's cell. Security personnel will use pre-installed pressure sensors and laser detectors to ensure SCP-096's presence inside the cell. SCP-096 is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 2.38 meters in height. Subject shows very little muscle mass, with preliminary analysis of body mass suggesting mild malnutrition. Arms are hugely out of proportion with the rest of the SCP-096's body, with an approximate length of 1.5 meters each. Skin is mostly devoid of pigmentation, with no sign of any body hair anywhere on the body. Hypothesis: My hypothesis is if we can apply SCP-008 correctly the most that will happen will be its crying getting louder or it moving less then it already does. I do not believe SCP-008 will end up killing or severely injuring it. Observations (What Happened During Test): During the test SCP-096 seemed a little more active (probably from feeling uneasy due to SCP-008's effects), we could tell because of the pressure censors inside his containment cell. His crying seemed a bit louder then usual and could easily be heard outside his containment cell. Overall SCP-008 did not seem to effect SCP-096 much. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: From outside of SCP-096's containment cell I heard his crying get noticeably louder but not by a lot after being injected with SCP-008. Judging from his pressure censors it seemed he moved more then usual. Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): I believe what could of caused the results could be SCP-096's high tolerance to a lot of things, for example it doesn't seem to get affected by cold/hot temperatures, so it wouldn't surprise me if it had a tolerance to diseases/viruses. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: My hypothesis was correct as I did not expect it to kill/seriously injure SCP-096 or do much to it in general. All I really expected it to do was make him feel a bit strange or uneasy and maybe make his crying louder.
  12. Lore Name: Cparsons5 Rank: Experienced Researcher SCP: 5208 Object Class Euclid & 999 Object Class Safe Question / Idea: While SCP-5208 be hostile towards SCP-999 if put in a containment cell together? If it does affect SCP-5208 will he still be hostile towards others? Background Research: SCP-5208 is a squad of extremely small 'toy' soldiers that are hostile to almost all life. There is no explanation of how they got to be so small, or why they are so hostile. Not much is know about the tiny "toy" soldiers except the fact that they are hostile to almost all life. SCP-999 is allowed to freely roam the facility should it desire to, but otherwise must stay in its pen either between 8PM-9PM for sleeping, or during emergency lockdowns for its own safety. Subject is not allowed out of its pen at night or off facility grounds at any time. Pen is to be kept clean and food replaced twice daily. All personnel are allowed inside SCP-999’s holding area, but only if they are not assigned to other tasks at the time, or if they are on break. Subject is to be played with when bored and spoken to in a calm, non-threatening tone. SCP-999 appears to be a large, amorphous, gelatinous mass of translucent orange slime, weighing about 54 kg (120 lbs) with a consistency similar to that of peanut butter. Subject’s size and shape is easily malleable and can change shape at will, though when at rest, SCP-999 becomes a rounded, oblate dome roughly 2 meters wide and 1 meter in height. The surface of SCP-999 consists of a thin, transparent membrane similar to that of an animal cell roughly .5 cm thick, and is highly elastic, allowing SCP-999 to flatten portions of its body up to 2 cm thin. This surface is also hydrophobic, although SCP-999 can willfully absorb liquids (see Addendum SCP-999-A). The rest of SCP-999's body is filled with a viscous orange substance of unknown chemical makeup, though it is capable of digesting organic materials with ease. Hypothesis: I believe SCP-5208 will be very confused and attempt to attack SCP-999, after that once we send the D-class in I think SCP-5208 will attempt to kill the D-class. Observations (What Happened During Test): During the test once SCP-5208 first saw SCP-999 he thought it was a tank and attempted to jump onto and ride the "tank". It seemed as though they had started to like being in a containment cell together. Once we sent the D-class in it did not seem like SCP-5208 had any hostile intent towards the D-class. Once we removed SCP-999 and the D-class SCP-5208 seemed very unhappy, And went and sat in the corner of his containment cell. Evidence/Visual Stimuli: SCP-5208 Before SCP-5208 After being introduced to SCP-999 SCP-5208, SCP-999, and the D-class Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): I assume that SCP-999 joyful and happy nature had a big impact on how SCP-5208 sees things, this could change SCP-5208 hostile nature when there together. This would explain why he was not hostile towards the D-class. I did not expect him to think SCP-999 was a tank but I can understand why he did as he has never seen anything like it and is a self proclaimed soldier. Was Your Hypothesis Correct?: My hypothesis was pretty far off as it never did try to attack SCP-999 and it let the D-class live.
