When this occurs, all recorded visuals which can vary from, video footage or recording, photographs, and finally illustrations of Scp-035 will change to match its new appearance. Scp-035 generates a black, viscous liquid from it's eye sockets. Anything the liquid comes into contact with will slowly start to decay, until melted into a pool, depending on the material will determine the amount of time it takes. Any living organisms that happen to come into contact with the liquid will have no means of healing that area that the organism touched the liquid with or a zero percent chance of recovery. The liquid is only observable from the front side, not the back. Subjects within 5-6 feet of Scp-035 will feel a sudden & strong urge to put the mask on. If a humanoid were to put Scp-035 on its face, a alternate brain wave is sent to the subjects brain, overlapping the original hosts or the individual who put Scp-035 on. This process makes the host "brain dead" and lets Scp-035 take full control of the subject inflicted by Scp-035. The liquid production of the acid is increased as a extreme rate until the body is nothing, but a mummified corpse. Even then, Scp-035 has shown to have full control of the subject even when the body has taken severe damage, even if the body has lost all movement capability. Finally Scp-035 has stated that it has a high knowledge of how the human mind works and if given a period of time can change ones perspective. | Containment Procedures | Scp-035 is to be kept in a cubic sealed glass case that is to be no fewer than 4 inches thick. The case is placed in a room which is made of steel, leaded, and iron, never anything else. Doors are triple locked at all times with no exceptions, but to let guards in and out of the containment. The minimum of guards stationed outside of Scp-035's containment are 2, no fewer at anytime. The guards may not enter the containment under any circumstances, they must be stationed at all times outside the containment. One or more trained psychologist must be on-site at all times, with no exceptions being made. Research personnel are strictly forbidden to touch Scp-035 under any circumstances. What are you suggesting? - Hello so my suggestion is to let the 966 swep footsteps become silent instead of loud alot of times when i'm playing against Pathfinders/stealth ops i become paranoid when i hear footsteps its hard to know there is an invisible unit standing next to you and act like you can't see it no matter what you do people will still keep jumping around run around acting like they are returning to the facility to avoid getting shot/captured which is meta game but i do not blame them so if there is a way to prevent this it would be nice also some people told me that hearing footsteps near you is a reason to call thermals if m you see no one walking around and about the level ontop of you when your invisible is there a way to hide it??? because they look around when they see my level they run away making an excuse *Oh i was called* *Oh i had to go afk in bunks* *i was heading to base anyway* *I like moving all the time* and excuses to hide the meta How would this change better the server? - If its true that you can't call thermals for foorsteps then i'd say less metagaming Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? There are many things that I’ve done in my time in PD that has granted me the knowledge I’ve accrued. I’ve been grateful for the lessons that Rockford PD has taught me. There are many areas where I believe I’ve shown my readiness for Command. For one, my activity may have started off bad during my time as MSGT but after gaining SM I’ve done my absolute best to become significantly more active. Warning bans are only based on warns from that specific server. This player has 24 warnings on PoliceRP so they are eligible for the 20 warning ban. They will receive a 1 week ban. As a player you really shouldn't worry about the warning bans either that should come from a staff member that knows a bit more about how these bans work.

Well-known in the community, I feel like he'll make a great addition to the support team.

1. Battalions don't need your "protection", they are fully equipped to handle themselves and can always call for backup during ST riots, saying you need new an overpowered weapons to deal with ST's is downright stupid. 2. The EMP rifle is a blacklisted weapon that is mainly used by Admins, giving that kind of weapon to ANY regiment or class is tipping the balance of the server as a whole 3. There is no way to guarantee that the people with access to this class will use it for the purpose of quelling ST rebellions, which I have already stated is redundant in and of itself, or abuse it to kill naval or shock that is chasing them for AOS or to evaporate event characters and ruin the GM's plans.

I mean, this was never a thing in research, security or utility and you never heard them complain. the only difference between you and them is that you were given those reserves once upon a time. Also if we are being honest nearly noone comes back from reserves into a HCMD slot even IF you are given a reserve rank, if memory serves the last person (and the only one i remember) was th3. To even be considered to get those reserves back (if you were given them) you have to be already active within the server and part of that branch so that you understand how the branch now works, you are still given the 3rd highest rank in the branch if you were commander 4 highest if your were vice or deputy. The ONLY difference is that you will be doing rosters SOPs and having one of the final says in how branch decisions go, why you arent content with getting COL no questions asked but want to be denied CMDR/VCMDR is beyond me Last person to TRY reinstate as HCMD was timmimes, he waited until HOS opened up, he was given CAPTAIN because we look into HCMD reserve requests ALOT more

A lot of people mess up, but the difference is you owned up to it and apologized in a mature manner. My reputation on the server was very bad, but over the last 8 months I've been repairing it. Anybody is capable of fixing their reputation and growing into a better player.
