As much as I hate to do this my time has come. It has been 10 months since I joined SCP-RP, and 1 year since I joined GL. My time here was great, although it had it's downs I still pushed through. Recently, my internet went out and I wasn't able to get on Gmod, Discord, or really anything. I spent time with my family and just generally had fun even without internet and I realized how much I was missing out on, and decided I needed a break from Garry's Mod. I will most likely come back, but I need time, seeing as next school year I am taking on a lot of new responsibilities. It's been fun y'all. I don't agree with the blatant - reputations on the people who disagree with your opinion, because you aren't getting your way. That being said- I'm going to have to agree with TAlila, though I love the idea of having items that represents a member the overall flaws outweigh the positives.

-Support How are donators going to know what the "UncreativeDanielSWEP" is? What happens if the player gets blacklisted, or is no longer associated with Gaminglight? Why is this needed? This is a donator item that's part of a BUSINESS.

I have a hard time supporting this. You've been denied several times to your other staff and ET apps because you weren't trusted with the kind of power these ranks have. However, I do agree that you have matured and I haven't had, or heard of any recent incidents involving you. So that's definitely the right step forward compared to before. I still think it's a little too early for you to try applying again, but I think you should still be given trial mod. That's the whole point of the rank, to test your ability to staff and earn the title of a true moderator. I think you have proven that you can mature and you are doing your best to correct your behavior and choices on the server. You really do try hard. Denied You were told multiple times by me to leave and you wouldn't listen. I moved you away as I was trying to deal with a separate staffing issues and you were interrupting. I moved you away with my phys gun so I could try to talk to the person I was trying to punish and then the PD about the arrest and while I was doing that you were screaming about being moved away and continued to carry on until it escalated to you calling me names and being disrespectful. Due to the name calling, screaming at me and disrespect you were banned. You can come back in two days and maybe have a better attitude.

I can already say no to this. We aren't in a serious RP server. This would just be an immense pain to players and medics. Think if someone waited 2 minutes to have EMS show up to not revive them because they rolled below 50, its just a waste of peoples time. First off, I want to let you all know that I'm going to be a little bit sappy in this post, as in a way SCP-RP has been my "baby" for a very long time now, and it brings a massive smile to my face knowing just how much we've grown. If you paid attention to that last sentence, you'll notice that I said "we've grown". By that I mean that every single one of you that plays on SCP-RP has helped our server grow into one of the top Garry's Mod servers in the world. Just saying that phrase seems surreal to me, "top Garry's Mod servers in the world". It's hard to gain perspective on it, as most of the time it's easy to just see the numbers as numbers, but reminding yourself that there are hundreds of people that play on this server every single day because they choose to spend their free time playing on and enjoying the environment that we have built. By no means was the road short, but as with life, nothing that's worth it ever comes easy. As of the writing of this post. we are sitting at rank #5 on Gametracker, and if you look at Battlemetrics, we're rank #3. It may be hard to quantify this achievement for some of you, but it's an absolutely amazing achievement. In Gaminglight's 7-8 year history, the highest rank a server has ever achieved was rank #7, and not only have we as a community broke that record, but in my book we smashed it. Getting a server to this high of rank is no easy feat. Now here's the part where I'm going to get a bit sappy. I have been working on this server for almost two years at this point, since before it was launched. Even after the lacunh, SCP-RP struggled to pick up traction. At the time there was massive SCP-RP communities ahead of us, that always pulled in larger numbers than we did. There was a point where SCP-RP was basically dead, and got little to no players a day. From the SMT I work with every single day, to our Staff Team, to our Site Administration members, to our High Command members, to our Low Command members, to our NCO's, to our Enlisted. Every one of you that goes the extra mile, or even just plays on the server every single day. We appreciate you. So uh... how do I explain this... At the time of the event, an Nu7 by the name of (Ducky?) came up to me and told me that he caught a gensec opening 173. I came in and saw the breach doors open and LCPL Dakota standing there. I asked him why did he opened and he told me that he thought it was some researcher stuck inside because 173, named 'mtf nu7 rct billy mays stoopid', at the time was was using his mic to bait the security personnel. I explained to him that it was just 173 and he asked something along the lines of "How was I supposed to know that?"... There's a sign. 173's sign. Either way, I pulled Security 1LT Assassin over and told him the situation and he told me that he would demote him. I agreed to what he said and I let him handled it but I guess he wasn't demoted. To be honest, this would have been a formal warning but I let it go. While I understand you were confused, you should have been trained for this in GENSEC.

-Support Sorry to say but you have recently not been showing me you are capable of this position, the performance of your sub battalion has diminished and diminished due to the lack of attention you have given it, many people gave it a go when it first came out, however, you have failed to keep a new and hyped up sub battalion from reaching its full potential stagnating its growth not long after being released. As well as your lack of ground commanding, as I am personally only aware of one time you were ground command and have asked a few unnamed individuals whether they have seen you as it and I have not got many pleasant responses from those other times. If you can't keep a Sub-Battalion in steady hands through creating simple try-out documents in a timed manner, especially with the increased pressure of a new sub-battalion I personally do not think you are ready for the position.
