  1. In Game Name: J3fff Steam ID (STEAM_0:0:000000001): STEAM_0:1:236706908 Discord Name (Ruby#0001): g4rp1ays When did you start playing on SCP-RP? (Approximately): 5 years ago (am an old member) Why do you want to join Nu-7? (75 word minimum): Because i wish to come back and i do not have reserves anywhere so why not try back in the Nu7, during my golden hours (when i was not inactive), i have proven to be a good leader and a good team player, i always put my effort into stuff which is why life caught up to me. so i hope to find a new step again here and try to meet this new generation of people, i hope to see you well and hope to contain scps again soon enough If you have any Branch Strikes/Punishments, please list when and why you got them here: was an ex EARCH, got preoccupied with life leading with my inactivity hence why i was removed If you've been in any other branches, list them and what your ranks are/were. This counts for all servers. : Research - RAM ; Nu7 - CPL ; RnD - EARCH Do you understand to get on at least every other day and keep yourself up to date with Nu-7? We don't treat it like a job here - but we do expect you to be notified and enjoying your time: of course
  2. 1. Name: J3fff 2. Current and former RP ranks: Current: SARCH OVS Ex: RAM SLTR | A1 Analyst 3. SteamID: STEAM_0:1:236706908 4. DiscordID: G4RP1ays#0069 5. Why do you want to be Nu7 command: I want to become ltcol inside of nu7 because I have always wanted to be on the other side of the battles between the foundation and ci, and what an excellent opportunity to apply to become one of them. I used to be a nu7 as well, as I happened to be a CPL back when I happened to be about a sin inside of rnd. I loved my time there and wished to help people experience the same thing I did before then. I have mentored and managed teams that became great people. The best way to go about it in Nu7 is not to go inside, guns n blazing, and take the time to come up with a strategy, such as inside of chess. 6. What can you offer as a member of Nu7 command: I can offer my skills and knowledge from my four years of experience inside this server; I happened to be lcmd 3.5 years ago and scmd one year ago. I will be a good leader and am eager to show my skill inside nu7. I was also A1 which might not be helpful here. (didn't have much to say here) 7. What is something you would improve upon in Nu7: I would improve coordination between ourselves and the other branches because the problem I see happens to be that people need to communicate more with each other. It is a pretty existing problem that will belong to achieving maximum usefulness inside of combating problems on-site because, trust me, you can try to contain a bunch of SCPs while attempting to avoid ci. At the same time, dblock happens to have fallen, and you have to deal with all of that while your team of 5 nu7, who have the attention span of a baked potato, sit around and do nothing; you need to coordinate and get help from other branches. Also, another problem happens to be that applications happen to be such as school essays, which gives me PTSD because I am a very straightforward guy. 8. How are you able to help manage Nu7 as a branch: I have seen people come and go, and I know what people want in nu7, something to do and no overly-repetitive tasks. I would manage as I always manage, Transactionally. The definition goes: "Transactional leadership or transactional management is part of one style of leadership that focuses on supervision, organization, and performance." first, supervision and overseeing operations are critical to making sure everything is running fine; you need to make sure the job is done and done right, organizing your team, you need to make sure you and your team will be organized in what they need to do, don't split up because enemies could quickly shoot you down if you are many, you show risk to your attackers, and you might not die. And finally, regarding performance, I will make sure that my team is performant and not just lazying around when something needs to be done unless it's activity hours; you should be doing something, no SCPs to deal with? check if e11 needs help. No? Then check if Gensec needs help, make sure you are always doing something, and I will not crucify you.

  9. 1. Name: J3fff 2. Current and former RP ranks: SARCH (ex EARCH, retired) | RAM | Ex Analyst | one of oldest eoi on server and DH of eoi 3. SteamID: STEAM_0:1:236706908 4. DiscordID: G4RP1ays#0069 5. What position are you applying for? (CMDR/LTCOM): Both 6. Why do you believe you are the best candidate for the Commander position?: I believe I am a good candidate because I was once the oldest analyst in the branch until I resigned about a year ago. I have been in this community for almost four years and have been CMD for about three years. I have seen people come and go multiple times over many generations of this server and envy the times I had with them. I assume that I am qualified for this position due to my experience in management and leadership 7. What specific skills and qualities do you possess that make you competent enough to run the branch?: I have been a SCMD for about a year or two and have known many past HCMDs, some I have learned from non-Gaminglight experience. I can tell you that becoming a HCMD requires a diverse range of skills, both technical and soft skills. Some of the skills that would be important for in my opinion to have include strategic thinking, leadership, communication, adaptability, knowledge, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and diplomacy. HCMDs must be able to think critically and strategically about running their branch, lead and inspire a team of enlisted and CMD, communicate effectively with their team and other stakeholders, and make tough decisions confidently. They should also have a deep understanding of branches and sub-branches, manage their own emotions, and work with other branches to achieve common goals. Finally, they must have strong technical expertise and be able to come up with new ideas. 8. How do you plan on running the branch?: As a high command in a combatant branch, I would be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations, personnel, resources, and strategic direction of a branch. I would set goals and objectives, and procedures, monitor performance and communicate with other branches to coordinate PTs. Overall, as a high command, I would be responsible for ensuring that my branch is prepared and trained to fulfill its role in protecting SA and O5. 9. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?: The way that branches can maintain relationships with other branches is quite easy to understand. It's important to promote cooperation and interoperability between branches, which can be achieved through PTs, diplomacy and partnerships. Effective communication, mutual respect, and a willingness to work together are key to building trust and achieving common goals. Maintaining relationships with other militaries helps to promote security and stability.
  10. Grade: 79/100 Lore: 20/25 I do not think you can paint a human to look like a giant 5208, but still, creative Creativity: 20/25 The test was fine and not a commonly thought test so I will give a 4/5 Presentation: 15/25 Format is a bit basic and video log is a bit too easy, maybe try writing what was said in your video log below your link Writing: 24/25 Small English errors, but not serious Test quality: Exceeds Expectations Extra Notes: A wonderful test in my opinion, keep it up!

    J3fff's FD

In Game Name: J3fff Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:236706908 What's your current Rank & Branch: SARCH/Rnd What Type of Command Position are you applying for (Senior Command / Low Command): FD Date of when you first joined your branch: at least 3 years ago Why do you deserve the position? (50+ Words): because i am looking for new things to do, rnd is fun, i am SCMD and i enjoy being there. i would think i would deserve this position because i have been a JCMD in research but didnt have time to do quota because i was busy, but now i do and because of that i can help out in the branch. What is your main goal of being Research Low / Senior Command (100+ Words): my main goal in RnD as SCMD is to help branch growth and make sure my CMD are doing their job, i would say that it would be the same if i got FD here, i would make sure to help ideas grow to the branch and make sure CMD are doing their job. i would do mass test and cross mass test because i could be the host on both ends due to my rank. it would be useful to do so instead of hopping on maynard to do stuff. also i heard that there is new stuff in research and i am keen to try them out Do you think there is any issues with the branch and if so how would you fix it: I think I should kill Tyler Why should we accept you into Research Low / Senior Command? (150 word minimum): I would think you should consider me because I have 3 years of experience in leading in CMD and about six months in SCMD. I also have buddies in Research and I would enjoy joining them in their fun. I also wish to be in research because I miss the testing and the mass test back in the days I was enlisted and I would like to see that from the other side, to give the excitement I once had to new players, that new feeling of purpose in research of feeling happy to do tests and probably getting promoted, I was there when moonrose became JCMD, I was there when jummy was there and I remember my training 4 years ago when cloaker (ex Gamma) trained me. there were good days and bad days but I always was there, the excitement of coming back from school, hopping on gmod and testing on site 10, they were good times
